I purchased these for a quail hunting trip. After processing 10 birds, they completely fell apart. I guess you get what you pay for.

This are nice and sharp, will work for many things but in now way will I use them in the kitchen. They cannot be cleaned well enough to be used on any food. They are sheers, just not kitchen sheers. They are going in my craft bag or in my tool closet, but nowhere near the kitchen. Not only do they not come apart but they have a plastic round peice (that silly me though might be the way to have them come apart for cleaning) which will actually hide more food and debris.

Scissors were sharp enough upon arrival ... but the product "broke" within a week of receiving it. The round circle connecting the two blade in the middle separated from itself, making them flimsy and useless. We found a comparable pair in-store for a few bucks more, and they have worked fine. This is a pretty cheap product, IMO.
