Well worth the price.
Had to trim up some porcelain tiles in the bathroom, this blade makes a very clean cut and quickly. I thought the price was a bit high until I saw how well it worked.

Works well - but not cheap.
I get that this is a "diamond" cut off wheel - but they are EXPENSIVE. I needed the small size to cut out some tile for a kitchen backsplash (around outlets/switches - 6 of them I think). I basically used up the blade on that one job.

Really cuts through ceramic!
I used this to trim glaze that had dripped down and onto the bottom of a large vase I threw. If you are a potter, you know what I mean. Think of a drip of thick, thick molasses running down the side of a jar and ending on the countertop. Basically, in this case it's a drip made of solid glass. I used this cutting wheel to cut off the drip even with the base of the pot, where it settled onto the kiln shelf. Worked very well, very precise cut. IMPT: Please, if you do this, make sure you wear an N95 mask or the equivalent to keep from breathing the tiny particles of glass that this gives off....they will never come out of your lungs. BTW, I was also able to use a Dremel grinding bit to smooth the cut as well. Very happy with the results.
