Perfect for XT M8000
Perfect product. This is designed for the Shimano XT M8000 rear shifted. This product allows you to remove the shift indicator window. I wanted to mount the shifter on the outside of my brake lever but could not do that with the shift indicator. This lowered the profile allowing for more versitile mounting options for the shifter.

3.80 for a piece of plastic that should come with the already expensive shifter is BS . on then add $6 for shipping a padded envelope. sad part is while waiting for the cover i ended up liking the shifter window and left it on

I really liked those caps, the XT shifter m8000 Shimano look better. As far as the shipment of the package arrived pretty quickly and without problems.
