Unbelievable product! As far as pulsator caps go, what other spectacular things can be said for this flagship Samsung product that hasn't been said already? After reading the instructions to more fully understand the nuances of this pulsator cap replacement part, I installed it. It fit perfectly as if it was made for my washing machine! Our friends and neighbors stared in slack-jawed amazement when I called them to see this new addition to our laundry arsenal. Our friendships and, dare I say, our whole community are stronger for it. This just may be the exact kind of product the world needs at this crucial time in our history.

Product arrived as described and was easy to install. Snapped into place easily. It seems kind of flimsy, but it was exactly like the piece that came with the original washer from the original manufacturer. I recommend purchasing this product.

This little plastic thing sits over a bolt in the bottom of the washer "tub". It has broken twice in 3 years. Look, I'm not washing bowling balls with tap shoes and cinder blocks. I'm washing regular clothes. There is absolutely no reason that a part in a washing machine should break repeatedly under normal use. Being that I cannot see any difference in build quality or build materials between this new one and the previous broken one, I can only assume that this one will break as well, in 12 to 18 months. This part works and looks identical to the original part, so I suppose it's worth 5-stars. However, since it keeps breaking there's obviously a design flaw, so zero stars; but that doesn't make for a realistic or a useful review. So I'll settle on 4-stars: it works as expected but I can't give it a perfect score because I'm frustrated that I needed to replace this part, twice, and because of the inevitability that I'll be doing so again.

This is the right part for the washer. The problem is that the company that built the washer & dryer pair is building garbage. The washer was only 2 years old when this broke. And, it has continued to be problematic with rust forming around the bleach dispenser and getting rust stains on clothes. And, according to the service person, the shaft is already bent. The dryer has already required service and needs even more in less than a year from the last service. A name that used to mean quality seems to be quickly becoming synonymous with garbage. Avoid the brand.

Previous cap broke off suddenly so ordered this as a replacement piece. It fit perfectly and was easy to put in. It’s been on for a few months now and no complaints.

This cap was an exact match to the one from our washer. The one in our washer just snapped off one day so the hardest part was getting the broken pieces out. This replacement was easy to snap back in and looks identical.
