I’ve had Menieres and severe balance problems. Fell a lot. Two canes. Two walking ski poles. AN arm or two..got me to my chair but dizzy and sad.35 years of ears clogged like a plane at take off...chainsaws going all night..only I could hear..beeps and pings. Went to best doctors inBoston for years...still do. All said get hearing aids. Get a walker..high. Risk to Fall. Went last week to him..came home.cried...and ordered these pills but not the hearing aids.Meclizine helped spinning but not balance. Then i lost sight in one eye and even with my canes I’d trip. I am 74 — an old athlete.I took Inner Ear Balance for just under a month.It’s strange. After 35 years..no sounds..no dizzy..no spinningand balance 80% better.i use one cane because I don’t want to get too cocky.I told my husband to book us a trip next winter to Jamaica ..i expect to be walking the beach and hearing only the Reggae music I want to hear. Thankyou..literally for my life back..almost there. Wish cheaper ..so if have promo ..please inform

Didn’t help with the balance issue very much, yet my skin is feeling amazing!! Really hydrated and made skin soft and supple. Worth it for those results!!!

You have to take 9 pills a day which means you only have 14 days worth. You would have to keep ordering these. This is too much plastic in the stomach. Bad product. Should tell you this before you order it. Wasted money.

I should have written a review a long time ago but now is the time. I’ve been using this product almost 2 years and yes it does truly work! After being diagnosed with Ménière’s disease and researching what could help, thank goodness I found this product. Started out with the recommended dosage (and yes it’s expensive) but I finally started getting results after a few months. Now I take one capsule a day and totally feeling great! I felt like my life was over with the vertigo and nausea but it’s all under control with this. Now it didn’t help with my tinnitus but I’m okay with that. The vertigo is gone and I’m back to living my best life. Give it a try!

I buy a ton of products on Amazon and often feel guilty for not writing more reviews as I depend on them when making selections. However, this is an important review as this product is the first out of many to not only reduce the volume of my tinnitus but also continues to work when I need to resort to taking NSAIDS for pain.My tinnitus started several years ago after taking too many NSAIDS after a dental procedure. Eventually, it became obnoxious. I tried acupuncture along with a variety of tinnitus meds/supplements; some of which seemed to help at least take the edge off of the volume and at times piercing pitch.This product starts out slow; it wasn't until I was half way through my first bottle that I noticed a difference, and this was right about the time I sprained my neck and desperately needed to take an anti-inflammatory so that I could get through my work-day. I'm now into my second bottle and my tinnitus has almost disappeared, and I am still taking an anti-inflammatory from time to time. I figured this stuff would take the edge off at the very least. I did not except it to decrease the volume to a faint, barely audible whisper. It is pricey stuff, but the supply will last long even when taking up to 4 daily. It's worth the money.

So I have had meniers now for over 10 years, was in remission for the last 3 years up until this past thanksgiving. It came back from Hell!!!Worst systems I have ever had, violent vertigo, ringing, ear fullness and constant unsteadiness!I found this product and due to the positive reviews I figured even though it was pricey what did I have to lose!This product is awesome!!!Been taking it a month now with ZERO vertigo! Still have some dizzy spells once and awhile. The ringing comes and goes and not constant like it was. I am still not drinking caffeine and take in no more than 1500 MG of sodium per day.I am still taking 9 pills per day but going to start with 6 per day after this bottle. If that goes well then I will drop to 3 per day!I can ride my Harley again without the fear of a vertigo attack!This stuff ROCKS!!!
