Mug Rugs (Love to Sew)

Great little book but wish there was a person to contact about the instructions. I really want to learn to use my machine but the one mug rug I wanted to start on has a confusing instruction in #5 and I cannot figure out what they mean. Hope to find someone that might get it. Otherwise, if I can use this book it will be very useful and like the section of mug rugs.

Great small projects. Quick, fun and easy. Wonderful for gifts and very satisfying when a quick, doable project is needed. Just a couple of the templates need to be enlarged by 200% which I find bothersome, otherwise I would have given this five stars. I will be making some of these mug rugs and coming up with more ways to use these fun designs.

This is a wonderful book and I talked my local quilt shop owner into ordering this for her customers-she has re-orderd ita few times now. This a a great way to use up small scraps and you can add your own touches, appliques, and quiltingto be creative. The sky is the limit. I have bought this for gifts for other quilter's, too. You cannot lose on this book.

first borrowed it from the library and was SO HAPPY to find it on Amazon. the book has a lot of beautiful, relatively simple patterns and most of them could be adapted for other projects

I bought this book to make "Mug Rugs" for several of my friends for Christmas presents. I am sure they will be a hit with the tea drinkers (or hot chocolate). This handy little book has many clever ideas and as I looked through it I thought of which friend for a design shown. Lots of fun coming!

A really clever little book. I have never heard of a 'mug rug' until I found this book on Amazon. Compact in size but full of ideas that can easily be adapted with different motifs. The freezer paper mentioned in the book is available from Hobbycraft as is the adhesive spray glue .... an absolute MUST have for any crafty-crafter, especially if you enjoy applique but hate the fiddly bits.Clear instructions and I've used several of the rugs stitched together and used them as panels for a larger bed throw. Perfect for using all those tiny pieces of fabric too small to use on large projects but just too pretty to throw away!

Haven't made anything yet only came yesterday I'd got a few now as only just got new sewing machine and love the ideas from these books .Love looking at them Have made things from my other books and will from this love these smaller size products not too scarey for me. very happy customer.
