Very nice!
This sword was a 10/10 for me when I got it, perfectly straight blade and no broken pieces at all.The reason why I said was is because I locked myself out of my house for over an hour in negative weather, so I had no choice other than to use my newly obtained sword to bash into the door with the pommel, which broke it in the process. It still is together, but it rattles. So, this product is amazing and is able to bash through doors with ease, but it may break in the process...

so with this sword being soooo cost effective I was expecting utter cheesiness and crappy quality (essentially I would have it on my belt ...
To be perfectly honest, I bought this as a part of my Renaissance Festival costume (and I did not want to spend a lot of money). I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, so with this sword being soooo cost effective I was expecting utter cheesiness and crappy quality (essentially I would have it on my belt at my side and never take it out of the sheet because I was going for the look and I liked the hilt). As soon as I took this out of the box I was blown away! I must say this is the best bang for my buck out of all my costume elements so far. It is still a "made in china" kind of sword. But! it was muuuch, muuuuuch nicer than I thought it would be. The sword did not giggle in the hilt as I waved it around. The metal seems sturdy and gives a very satisfying weight, and the scabbard is actually pretty nice. The leather strap was cheap, but I took it off and put it on my leather belt (using a leather "frog" sword holder) and it looks great. I highly recommend this sword for anyone trying to make a Renaissance costume and can't spend a load of cash on a real sword. Edge was not sharp, but point can do some damage (so be careful kids).

Good for price, BUT
I bought this for my boyfriend, and he loved it. The blade is very dull, as it is a prop. And the base handle is made of black plastic. Otherwise it looks amazing. It has a nice weight to it. It fits snug in the leather and overall has great craftsmanship. My only complaint is the plastic handle (barely noticeable btw). And the belt wrapped around it to wear, doesn't fit my boyfriend. Its likely just for display but he wants to wear it lol. Cool item! I recommend it!

9/10
It’s a really great decoration. I got this for my step dad for Father’s Day to hang on his wall, and I think that it will suffice its purpose for sure. It definitely wouldn’t have any functionality though. It doesn’t come out of the scabbard easily, and it’s not sharpened at all. It’s still a good decoration.

Excellent for the price!
To be clear, this is NOT an expertly fashioned combat-ready sword. If that's what you expect, you'll be disappointed. BUT, if you go into this purchase expecting a cheap display/costume sword, you'll be extremely pleased. With its $36 price tag, the "Knight's Sword" is just what I was looking for to complete my Game of Thrones costume without breaking the bank. I can't speak for the other sword options, but this is what I thought of the one I got:As others have mentioned, this sword contains a rat-tail tang and has an unsharpened blade made of stainless steal. These features, though not appropriate for a sparring or combat sword, are perfectly fine for a display or costume sword. Although the blade is not at all loosely connected to the cross-guard, don't bang it against anything too hard if you want it to stay intact. It certainly doesn't wobble though, and looks impressive when flourished through the air. I haven't found any broken or loose parts around the grip area, but I did see that the pommel doesn't quite meet the grip; however, this gap of a few millimeters should not be noticeable to most. Also there is a piece of foam or wood added inside the scabbard to keep the sword from rattling around (this was probably added due to complaints). The faux leather on the scabbard is creased, as others mentioned, and there are a couple of minor scratches on the cross-guard, but I think this adds character to the sword. The packaging wasn't the greatest, but the fact that the sword didn't break in transit made me even happier with my purchase. All in all, I'm really happy with this sword. Your friends are sure to be impressed with this addition to your wall or costume and they'll definitely be surprised by its inexpensive cost.

The Royal Carbon Steel doesn't fit all the way
The sword itself is rather great. I love the design, and I appreciate how sturdy it is. But I've had one issue and one issue only: it just doesn't fit the scabbard the way it should. When it arrived, I wasn't aware of this, as the blade was already all the way into the sheath. But when I attempted to pull it out, it wouldn't budge. I struggled for hours to get it out. I thought maybe it was because the metal was hot from being outside so I iced it down. I tried wiggling it loose with a flathead screwdriver. I tried gently hammering it out. I tried just about everything I could on my own before I finally had someone else to help me pull it out. Upon further inspection, the wood inside was very splintery. I thought that might've been the issue so I sanded it down before I tried to put the sword back into the sheath. Turns out, it just doesn't fit all the way. It gets about a quarter of an inch away from being in completely before it won't go any further or it becomes very, very difficult to pull out. I have accepted my fate since I invested so many hours into filing it to where I want it to be and I've fallen in love with other aspects of the design but I will issue the warning to anyone else who is looking to buy the "Royal Sword Carbon Steel" option.

Fantastic piece!
I originally got this sword to carry alongside my Renn Faire costume, and I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much in terms of quality, but I'm pretty wrong. The blade is not sharp and is suuuuuper blunt, but that's fine, I was hoping for that anyway due to fair rules. The grip is amazing, it fits wonderfully in the hand and feels oddly comfortable. The only downside I have found is that it sticks sometimes when you try to draw it from the scabbard, but that might be more user error and less of the product itself. It ALSO came with a cute little belt! I'm stoked I don't have to buy one.

Not a real sword
Okay as an actual swordsman I was hoping for something a bit more usable but this is 100% a decoration piece and not for real use in any way ,Also I must say I am very very disappointed in the flimsy blade, a long sword blade should not flex 18 inches
