Used as a visual ,physical log of rent paid . As landlords agents claimed rent not paid , when my bacs clearly showed it paid . Excuse was oh I forgot to check bank account.

A very well made rent receipt book specially for landlords it is fantastic job is very effective very efficient the design and the uniqueness of the actual layout is very good is very easy to use and understand is to the point and a straight forward which is very admirable. this template it will help in the long term for creating further and future templates however this one downfall and that down for was the fact that he doesn't allow you to have more than one tenant listed on the book around two tenants I think is maximum and that's about it which is kind of not the best necessarily to have because a HMO allows us to have around four people in a house to rent out to so you know four would have been a minimum and a good trait to have however is not the case and that's one thing that I've found to be not the greatest part of this however everything else is perfect fantastics very small easy to carry very lightweight and easy to write on and is very well spaced out. Definitely recommend it for the price.

Easy to use rent book allows you to track payments manually.A good size and price too.

I am a new landlord with one property. This is a great little book, as it will give my tenants all the key information they need, such as my number, service engineers etc. even if they don’t use it to record their rent payments, it makes a nice addition to the pack of 8nformation required by law.
