Daydance womens Wrap Skirt

Fits my daughter perfectly.

I am new to ballet and do not have experience with ballet clothing as this skirt and other items were my first purchase. With that said, I was looking for a ballet skirt, mostly for a pretty novelty to wear occasionally with my leotard and tights. Looking at what these artists wear, I mostly admired their outfits when the skirt and leotard matched. I was reluctant to purchase this skirt from a different sellar than my leotard, but trusted them (and the seller of the leotard) When the item was listed as the color Navy. Was pleased that my leotard and skirt are true navy and that they match. The skirt was easy to tie and the ties aren't frayed. Lays well and flows nicely with some stretch in the skirt (no stretch in the ties). Looks lovely and I feel pretty and delicate in it. Will also be give me extra coverage for the occasional class.

I personally wanted to buy my daughter a ballet skirt that has an elastic waist band. These type of ribbon tie types are pain in the butt- easily coming undone and trying to tie it, is a hassle when getting dressed for ballet class. I couldn't find a navy one with elastic band that is sheer and flowy as my daughter wanted. So this is the one I bought. She is 8 years old but tall and big for her age (she wears 12-14 girl clothes). This one fits her. An adult wouldn't have much coverage. It's super sheer and it looks just right wrapped around her girl waist. On an adult, the ribbon would be too short as someone else's review stated. The quality is barely acceptable. The sheer skirt part is sewed on to a regular ribbon in a not sturdy way. The ribbon's ends look like it will fray- it looks as though I cut it with a school scissor. I needed a navy, sheer, flowy skirt for ballet leotard. This will do but I wouldn't recommend it. You can do better.

The color was just how I wanted, the length of it was just right. The negative thing was the strap of the skirt is on the shorter side, I wish it was a little longer. But overall, this was a good addition to my ballet outfit.

Brought this for my daughter it is perfect color, ease to wear and it comfortable for her to dance in.

I purchased a small for my 17 year daughter who normally wears an XS. Fits my Niece who is 5 and is a toothpick. If you are a small order an XL. I gave it a 3, Because quality is good and its pretty.
