I just ordered the book yesterday to study for part 107. I lost my original book and had to order the 2023 version and its HUGE!! the original book was about 3/8th" thick and the new book is at 1 1/4" thick. Not complaining at all. Just felt like I got way more knowledge this time than last time. For those that aren't sure if this book is worth it...trust me, it's worth double the information for the price of just one old little 2016 version. Best part of this book is colors when the original didn't have colors, just black and white. You just can not go wrong with this purchase when you ready to study for Part 107. This book was recommended by the instructors on Pilot Institute online course.

I am a aviation nut and purchased this book so I have a hard copy for use with my simulator at home. You can download this book free from the FAA, but I like having the hard copy for notes and markup. Arrived in perfect condition in plastic. Book is color and black and white. Great purchase.

I just got this not too long ago to supplement my ground school training. When I get confused about anything from my ground school instruction, I open this book and it’s almost immediately made clearer. Fabulous explanation of concepts with precise imagery and beautifully worded examples. I look forward to reading it cover to cover multiple times! Every student pilot must have this book. It’s free on the FAA website, but I’m a millennial who likes to hold books, use highlighters, make notes in margins and flip pages. I know folks do it on tablets, but it doesn’t translate well for me as far as retention of material. Plus, it’s in color! This was an absolute must have for me.

The only thing I don’t like about the book is that it uses acronyms without defining what the acronym stands for until later. I find myself having to google what the acroymn stands for and then reading what it stands for a few paragraphs later in the book.

Pilot Institute recommended an it like he calls it the Bible book on flying or phak, definitely needed lots of great info I think it's really nice an spiral bound even better color photos well printed no complaints from me worth the price
