These taste amazing! Nails have grown and are so much stronger. Cant say skin is better or worse really. Not sticky at all. Hair doesn't seem longer. Skin seems the same. But the nail growth is effective enough to keep buying!

These are really good. Once you drink enough water and take these. They work like a charm.(I’m not sure if water actually influences it but for me it did) I got longer nails for sure, I don’t know about my skin clearing up though but I think my hair grew a little

In the winter, my hands get really dry, and start to crack and bleed. Taking a collagen supplement really helps, but after about a week, I start having nerve problems and headaches (I don't know why). Someone suggested I try a Hair, Skin, and Nails supplement, but the one they recommended has been discontinued. So, I figured I'd look online for an inexpensive one and try it.This is the one I found, and OMG! First thing's first... They taste so good that you want to eat them all (I gave a couple to my teenage son to satisfy his curiosity, and now he wants to take vitamins everyday). So, I am way more conscientious about taking my other supplements in the morning because I am always eager to take these - putting the two close together reminds me to take them both.Secondly... They work to help my skin. My hands are not baby soft - I don't know that there's anything that will make them that way - but they are no longer so horrifically dry that my skin tears itself apart. And that result was almost immediate; I had only taken them for two days when the dryness stopped. I'm kinda excited to see how they help my hair and nails over time!And so far, I haven't had any side effects like I have with collagen supplements. I have only been taking them for about a week, though. If it happens, I will come back and update (so if there is no update, assume the best!).

These tasted okay but didn’t do anything. I mean, they’re just vitamin gummies so I’m not sure what I expected to see, but my hair and nails didn’t change. Take them if you want, you’re not hurting anyone or yourself, but it was like eating candy in the morning. I just didn’t notice any benefits.
