Know It All: The Little Book of Essential Knowledge

It has nine parts: the universe, Earth, life, the world, inventions and discoveries, conflicts of modern times, the structure of society, religion and philosophy, art. At the end of each part there are questions. There is one last final part is an overview in the form of questions and answers. All subjects are treated superficially. It looks like a school book. But it is very well edited. But it's for school.

I bought this for a a friend as a gift at Christmas and it turned out not really to be the book that I thought it was.I was hoping for a more fun look at general knowledge with some little known facts and things of note. However, the book was more like a mismatch of high school study books. Not saying this is bad, but also it's not what I wanted.3 stars

I have enjoyed this book. it is an easy read and information packed. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Very nice looking book and great read.
