This water filter container is so lovely. It is the only one I’ve seen that I would be ok with sitting on my kitchen counter, it encourages me to drink more water and its glass so we don’t have to worry about plastic leaching. Plus, it goes perfectly with my new bamboo floors :) It’s super easy to refill and the water pours out the spout at a wonderful high flow rate, so I’m not waiting forever to refill my glass, as can happen with so many filters. It’s simple to clean, and even when I slack on cleaning, there’s no sign of slime that tends to accumulate in water containers. The water tastes fine, nothing to boast about, but it tastes like clean water. My city water tastes strong of bleach and other chemical, and it definitely removes that taste, which is what I wanted…It tastes like plain old drinking water. We added the extra fancy filter they sell for this, but had to remove it because it did not taste good at all, think sitting hose water. I’m guessing added minerals? Anyway, I very highly recommend this unit, but save your money on the extra special filters (sorry I can’t remember the name, but they were an add-on purchase to what this comes with standard) I’m the only one in my family that will even drink it if the extra filter is on, and that’s just because I hate to have wasted the money! But yes, get this filter system, you won’t be sorry!

I love this system. I got sick and tired of having friends help me buy bottled water especially when I started noticing little things floating around in the bottom of my cup. This filtration system works great. I went ahead and bought the bundle package because it came with an additional filter. The water tastes great and it's easy to keep clean.

My first stand came broken, I called to request a replacement for that part and they sent an entirely new system. I love these filters, can’t drink unfiltered anymore, I taste only chlorine. Great customer service and great product. I even bought a pitcher version for my office at work.

The media could not be loaded. No matter how many times you push the valve , tighten it. IT WILL LEAK. my lid is warped from the moisture. The taste still taste like an elevated tap water. It is not smooth. Even after soaking filters.

Very attractive. The water tastes good, and I have noticed my espresso machine needs descaling less often.

Great esthetic. Easy to fill. We just slide the glass jar near the sink and extend the faucet to spray right into it

This was easy to assemble and has been filtering water with no issues. The lid doesn't seal on top very tightly so if you have gnats they can get inside. You can taste the minerals which is fine.

I love this water filter and dispenser. It's easy to fill and it really doesn't require cleaning. So much better than purchasing bottled water.
