Works well and highly recommend
My wife she have a bunch of different diffusers and I got this for her for her birthday. She truly loves it. It does not use water, but instead just plug in the bottle and as long as it's charged, it will start working. No need to have wire plugging into it. We love glamping so wife is planning to use this when we go glamping. It will make our yurt smell wonderful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good quality diffuser that is wireless and require no water. Just buy the oil in the bottle, and you're all set.

Beautiful and Function
This waterless diffuser give off fragrance that fills the entire room. It is very easy to use, and it is beautiful. The soft light is an added bonus. I've already recommended it to a relative. I'm very happy that I chose this brand.

Excellent amount of scent, just wish the light could be adjusted.
I got this for my son to replace a different brand of diffuser that ended up getting mildewy. This one easily screws on to a purchased bottle of essential oils or you can mix oils into the provided bottle and screw that on, and a plastic tube pulls the essential oil from the bottle to be misted, no water needed, and therefore, less likelihood of mildew or mold growth! It hasn't grown any so far, at least, and we've had it for over a month. It looks nice, and the outer bottle is plastic, so I don't have to worry about that breaking, and it protects the inner glass bottle. It gives off enough scent to cover my son's bedroom, and I can smell it into the hallway a little bit, as well. The one thing I would like to change about it is the ability to adjust the amount light. It can be on or off, but nothing in between. My son likes a little light, but this is too bright for him (he uses it in his bedroom to help him sleep).

Failure
Worked as stated for a a week. Clogs easily. Followed directions to clean with rubbing alcohol, etc. No mist, light blinks constantly no matter how much I try to make it work according to suggestions/directions. I will look for a different diffuser. Cost vs enjoyment is a zero for me.

Love this little Diffuser!
I love how easy this is to use and that you can personalize the base. I was able to use existing oil that I had on hand and the scent was great. It's a cute unit that can be placed anywhere - very easy to charge. Thank you!

I have three... so far.
These chic little minimalist diffusers are just what I was looking for to keep from having to lug the distilled water jug all over the place (bonus: I can take it when I travel). I got one for myself, one for my husband, and then bought another as a hostess gift for our daughter when I visited her. I wish I would have taken a picture of the one I took her, because I ordered some morganite crystals to add to improve the ambience in her home office. At our house, we like the spare look of these charmers. This is actually a nebulizer instead of a diffuser, and I think the essential oils I use go farther and smell better than a water-filled diffuser. The charge lasts long enough that I am not annoyed when it runs out -- I kind of forgot I had to! I highly recommend this stylish, visually-versatile way to dispense your essential oils.

It was great, until it wasn't
I got this in February, and was initially very happy with it. It was working great and looks amazing. Now two months later it wont turn off until its timer runs out or the battery is dead. It started to barely put out any scent and now has stopped emitting scent all together.

Quality problems, but it's affordable
Loxim's Twilight Aromatherapy Diffuser is a product I both love and hate. My original purchase of this item was in July of 2022. Despite being advertised as new, Amazon shipped me what was a blatantly open box item -- the box was unsealed, and the item had been used (there was essential oil already in the reservoir). Thankfully, the return/exchange process was easy, and I had a replacement the following day. That diffuser worked great for a little over 14 months. Around that time, I started having issues with the device. It would turn on, and indicate it was working, but wouldn't nebulize the essential oil. So I reached out to Loxim's support. They were reasonably quick to respond, and suggested some troubleshooting steps. However, none of them were successful in resolving the issue. When I asked if Loxim would replace my item, they said no, even while also acknowledging there was an issue with the item that was not caused by me. Not one to be deterred, I asked if they would at least offer a discount on a new device, and again I was rebuffed by Loxim. So I decided to wait for a sale. It took several months, but eventually a sale came along on Amazon, so I ordered what is now my 3rd Twilight Aromatherapy Diffuser. The item arrived today, and one thing I immediately noticed when opening the box was that the design has changed from what I bought back in 2022, despite being the same model number. As you can see in the photo I'm including with this review, my original Loxim (on the left) has a nice, natural wood grain finish that extends around the entirety of the unit. And while it is likely just a veneer, it looks like real wood, the ventilation holes extend all the way around the bottom of the unit, and there are 4 screws that hold the pieces together. Even the product ID sticker is shaped and has a clean look to it. By contrast, the new Loxim I received today is literally plastic. The “bamboo wood finish" is very obviously some sort of sticker or decal. Instead of being a pleasant fine wood grain finish, it's a gaudy orange-like color. And you can actually see the pixelation in the "wood grain”, making it look cheap and borderline silly. The wood grain design also does not extend to the bottom, instead replaced with a white plastic, with limited ventilation holes for the inner mechanism. There are also only 2 visible screws holding the pieces together. Overall, I'm disappointed with Loxim and this product. I'm giving it 3 stars because they have a good concept here: it's small, lightweight, does a decent job of nebulizing essential oils, it's easy to use, and I like that it can run on the rechargeable battery or connected to power. But they lose stars because of all the reasons stated above. And also, because nothing — not the Amazon listing, the product box, the instruction manual, or any other paperwork included with this item — tells you what its warranty is, leaving the consumer totally at the mercy of whether or not Loxim decides to help you. And that is inexcusable. For the premium price being charged for this diffuser, I expected better, consistent quality from Loxim. Instead, Loxim seems to have cheaped out on both the quality and the design. It no longer looks or feels like a premium product. Also, does it have a warranty? Does it not? Who knows? Loxim doesn’t tell you. The only reason I'm not returning it is, frankly, because of the positive traits I mentioned above. It's small, lightweight, has some handy features (like the night light), it does a great job nebulizing (until it breaks), and with only 3 buttons, it's super simple to use, even in the dark. Also, it's rechargeable, thus making it portable, and that allows me to move it from my bedroom to my home office anytime. My hope is that Loxim reverts back to the original design, while simultaneous improving the internal component quality of this diffuser to improve its lifespan. It should absolutely last more than ~14 months of light use, especially when regularly following the care instructions. We have enough e-waste on this planet -- we don't need to contribute more by companies making substandard products. And Loxim should absolutely be more transparent about what kind of warranty comes with this device. Until then, I'm going to hope this one lasts longer than my previous model. But I will absolutely be looking at nebulizing diffusers by other brands, in the hopes I can find one that surpasses what I love about the Loxim, without all the things I hate about it.

I’ve bought 2 of these 12 months apart because that’s about as long as they last. I haven’t wasted my money on a 3rd but found another brand a little more expensive (not on Amazon) with the build quality a lot better and sturdier

Really like this diffuser. It is a bit noisy on start up but then is quite quiet. Love the fact it has a light too.

It didn't last more than a couple of months and stopped working without any indication.

The product used up 1/10 of the oil, but doesn’t smell even at max level… I bought bosistos instead and worked like a charm…
