Q: The description says that you shouldn’t use this for nighttime sleeping, why is that?

Hmmmm, I wonder if it's a disclaimer in case someone would use it to sleep face down and had an obstruction of the air intake that led to serious lack of oxygen. I could see that, while the foam is fairly sturdy, the airway channels at the sides could certainly be compressed if used for a lengthy time and lead to a tragic result. Frankly, I bought it to use when I sunbathe but quickly realized that, while it's fairly comfortable, I wouldn't have an acceptable way to clean it once I've drenched it with sweat repeatedly. Gross. But I do like the pillow for home massages. I bought an inflatable one from Amazon for the sunbathing, much better idea!!!!
