Do the the new honda blades come from the factory already sharpened? Thanks

No THEY ARE JOT SHARP. Bought from OK Power Equipment here on Amazon and they are painted over DULL blades. NO STICKERS as factory. DO NOT BUY.

I have a hrr2169vka, lower blade in parts book says 72511-vlo-s00, is the same as your part # 72511-vh7-000?

No. The upper blade is the same but the lower blade is different. These blades should fit but the lower blade is not correct for hrr series mowers. You can get the correct blades at hondapartsnation.com. Part numbers are 72511-vl0-s00 (lower) and 72531-vh7-000 (upper).

will this fit Hrr216VKA?

According the the manual for this model you need 72511-VL0-S00 (lower) and 72531-VH7-S00 (upper)
