Will these fit a Cinelli Tipo Pista?

Not familiar with the brand, but I believe bike pedals have standard size screws. I've never had an issue, over several brands. Maybe fifteen bikes, total.

How are the bearings on these pedals? Do they spin smoothly? Can they be taken apart, to clean and relube, using regular bike tools?

It spin very smoothly. You can take the whole pedal out or install it with regular tool
