This pillow is really nice. It has give and forms to your head but it's not too soft. I would say it's a "medium" in the pillow rating system.It's not a light airy pillow, it's a little on the dense side and has a little weight to it. It does not have bundles of pieces in it that split up over time and become lumpy and uneven, which other pillows of mine have done. I will be buying another one soon.

I was super happy with it.
I love my pillow! I usually like a super flat pillow - this one allows my head to sink to just the right height. It is fluffy and great. I used one at a Hilton hotel and looked at it so I could order one for myself. To me, it seems the same. Part was made in China (the outside I think) and part in the US (feathers?)

Directions are important
First time I used it, I hated it. It was flat. Then I decided to follow the instructions (fluff it in the dryer) and it turned out to be a FANTASTIC pillow! Do yourself a favor, fluff it in the dryer.

Updated Review! Don't Buy! After a few months THEY STINK!
I bought 2 Pacific Coast pillows in March 2019. I bought the first one and it was so comfortable I bought a second. Come June 2019 BOTH pillows smell like mold!!! I am a clean freak so it's not the environment and I have never had this problem with other pillows. Although the pillows were comfortable, the smell is atrocious!!!

Don’t know what’s up with some other reviews,love mine
Maybe they didn’t follow instructions on fluffing in the dryer 1st with a damp cloth,I did and it double in size and has been a great pillow,better than the purple pillow,lot better than A (My.pillow.)I’m loving mine so far after 2 weeks,no more waking up with a kinked neck

Product not what it used to be
I was hoping reviews were wrong because I have ordered this pillow twice before & loved it, but this is definitely not the quality or thickness as before. I followed instructions about inserting in dryer which did fluff it up, but still so soft there was no support once I put my head on it. Too bad.

What I've been missing for years
I recently stayed at a Hampton Inn for five nights and used these pillows . After returning home I realized how nice those pillows were and looked them up online . When I found them I immediately ordered one for myself . I let my wife use mine for a night and then ordered one for her as well .Yes it will flatten out overnight but that's easily curable and now we don't want to be without them .

GREAT PRICE. GREAT PILLOW
Great pillow! I have 2 of them some years ago and they lasted about 10 years. Down/goose is getting pretty difficult to find I guess because of folks with allergies...too bad cause all other pillows are poor imitations of the real thing!
