Excellent bit of tech I wish this was around in the 80's
I have had this device in my motorhome now for two days and it is performing excellently. It is activated by the remote control and arms after 30 seconds preceeded by a Bleep. The sounder is very loud however this can be turned off to provide a silent detection / activation if required. The alarm sounds 5 sec after detection and the telephone call and text arrived within 30 seconds.Once activated stopping the sounder with the remote stops all telephone calls however all mobiles receive the alert text which I like. When deactivated it bleeps in acknowledgement. It takes a full size SIM and uses the 3 and 2G networks to make the text and calls after detection. You can program upto 3 telephone numbers, I however just use 2.An excellent piece of equipment however if there was any advice for improvement I would request that the rear was absolutely flat and level so that you can easily use 3M wall tabs which I have used to affix this to the wall of the motorhome. As such I had to sand the rear flat in order to fix to the wall as described. (It does come with a bracket however in a motorhome you do not want to be drilling any holes)Again an excellent item that would be useful in home / shed or caravan/motorhome.I can now sleep with the confidence that should anyone enter the motorhome I will be informed to investigate the situation and if needed contact the Tracking company or just the reassurance its still on the path by looking via my CCTV.Update 27/11/2019 the unit has been active now for almost 3 months and the Amazon batteries are still working just fine :-) So they have lasted 3 months now. I will update when I change them.Mike

Expensive. Works. Bit tricky to programme. Eats batteries.
Expensive. Works. Bit tricky to programme. Eats batteries though (is this because it tends to be used in cold outdoor sheds). Don’t think of using it unless it’s plugged in to the mains.

Excellent alarm
Our business had been broken into several times, resulting in no electric (or water or gas). So needed a battery powered alarm that could work without WiFi. Bought a PAYG sim card from ASDA, set that up on an old phone, put it in and set the alarm to silent.Alarm has gone off 3 times calling me and texting me to tell me it had been triggered. Each time was genuine, with on the third occasion catching the burglars in the building. Result

Failing @ unpairing reset? constant bleeping
I'm stuck with this, with no way to further contact seller from what I can see???Hi,Just purchased a replacement remote fob.Trouble is I had purchased 2 of these from Ultra Secure & paired both of them from the same remote fob,as it states you can do.Since this pairing, I now wish to separate each unit to new locations, so need them setup with different remote fobs, hence the new order but:I have followed the instructions to unpair:1) Press & hold the learn button on the back of PIR before inserting last battery, should get 3 beeps to signal unpaired? However, I am not getting any of my PIR's to either unpair or indeed pair with my remote fob?The fob, lights the led indicator whenever I press any of the buttons, & flashes in a quick succession when I hold the learn key down?I am however getting a constant beep - that will not go away whenever the batteries are inserted?I have the same constant beep ob both units when batteries are inserted?I have tried fresh batteries too? Will update the review if the problem can be solved. Can you advise me on what the problem here may well be, I have followed the manual but cannot find an answer. Many thanks in advance,Justin.

Reliable and effective
Installed on my boat, linked to my mobile. This is a great product, that has proven to be reliable and trustworthy. No false alarms and I test it occasionally and it works. Great confidence in the product 24h day. Batteries do last if you install it in the right location. I agree the bracket that it comes with is rubbish , I use it as free standing which makes changing the batteries and removing the SIM easy.

Very good 3G untrapir alarm.
The Ultrapir alarm is great, instructions very clear and easy. I've put a Vodafone sim in mine, tried it in the kitchen before installing it in the garage. The alarm itself is pretty loud, just a shame it doesn't ring your phone straight away! But 30ish seconds is better than nothing. My fob is actually better than the one advertised in the picture.Overall, I'd definitely recommend this for your peace of mind.

Very happy.
Excellent product. Pairs easily with the fob. The alarm is loud and the call function is just what I need as my shed is 25/30 MTRS from my house. This gives me complete peace of mind and confidence in the product. The instructions are easy to follow and execute.
