Great design - poor quality
The first vacuum that we received worked for about three days. After that the vacuum motor would not run at all. I was impressed by the vacuums ability to learn a room and to move in straight directions. It worked great until it stopped vacuuming.Today I received a replacement unit. The vacuum motor works fine on this one -for now. The control system seems to be defective. It randomly moves around the room bumping into everything like a June bug. The vacuum will not run in a straight line and cannot find its home in a square room to save its life. Even placing it in standby, one of the drive wheels runs causing the vacuum to rotate counter clockwise continuously - you have turn of the physical switch to get it to stop.I am trying to decide if I want to replace it again, or just give up on this brand. I really liked the way it moves, or at least the last one did, in a straight line direction and its ability to mop as well. The quality issues override to the superior design however.Maybe I should keep replacing them until I get one that works. Maybe eventually the quality problems will be resolved.

Fire hazard - DO NOT BUY
If you read a lot of the reviews, you would think this is a great little vacuum for a decent price for the features that it offers. I bought this vacuum for $115 on prime day. It cleaned my house once, then immediately broke. Some of the other reviewers had the same issue - one of the wheels stopped working and it just kept going around in circles. I returned it and get another one. The next one lasted for about 3 months before the blower motor stopped working. Amazon didn't give me an option to return, so I decided to tear it apart to see what the issue was. Turns out, the blower motor has a design flaw where the outer plastic will melt to the motor, causing it to stop working. There are no temperature sensors or motor warnings, so there's a good chance this thing becomes a rolling fireball in someone's home. Please do not buy this vacuum.

Great Value
So I purchased my first one of these vacuums about 6 months ago. Set up the map with different room names and virtual barriers without issue. The vacuum works with the Hyggie app but ALSO works with the Smart Life and Tuya apps. This is a big plus. I have had absolutely no issues with this vacuum and it is run predominately on carpet, every week, on my second floor. It never fails to return to the charging station. After reading many reviews saying the suction motor quit, I have set mine to the lowest suction mode. Maybe this is why mine has been going strong for so long! Anyway, I am so happy with it, I purchased FOUR more at a vastly reduced price of $29.95 each. For a vacuum with Lidar AND a 5200 mAh battery (200 minutes), this vacuum is one of the best deals ever! The battery alone is worth that much.I'll update this review in the future if anything changes.

Amazing robot vacuum cleaner
The HYGGIE robot vacuum is amazing! The LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) sensor makes the total difference in this robot. This sensor uses laser beams to mapping your house floor plan and run more effective than the "zig-zag" robot models. The Hyggie Lite app is very easy to use, I had no issues to add the robot into it nor with the user interface. It shows your house floor plan and the path traveled by the robot while cleaning/mopping.It has a strong suction and the noise is a bit lower than my old Roomba 891. The battery capacity is very good, it uses only 50% of the battery to clean the 2nd floor of my house (approx. 9000sf). So far I have not found any cons about this robot and, based on the current price, I do recommend it.

Could be a great vacuum if it worked!
I saw this vac on sale for $29 with Lidar and I thought what the hell I will give it a shot. I have a Roborock downstairs and wanted something for the upstairs without paying Roborock prices. The packaging, robot, and accessories all looked great, were well made, with that off brand made in China look. Got it set up and it started to map and clean my upstairs. My upstairs had a weeks worth of pet hair so I knew from running my roborock upstairs that the dirt bin would fill up fast. So after it mapped and clean about 1/3 of the the upstairs I stopped the vac emptied the bin and was impressed by how much it picked up. Replaced the bin started it back up, it started where it left off but immediately I noticed that the sound was too quiet and realized that the suction was not working at all. Tried everything I can think of and nothing, it will roll around, map, with the brushes moving but the vacuum will part will not start back up. I am amazed how something that looked so good, has so may good accessories and a great app would stop working after 30 mins. Obviously that is why it's priced so low. Others might want to take a chance too, but I would save yourself the time and get something that will actually work.
