All the specs are same as mentioned in order page. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Windows is pre-installed. Highly recommended.

Missing some RAM and SSD space
Everything works fine on the laptop but I've realized few months after purchase that the store takes some of the RAM and SSD space. In the advertisement, 512 SSD space and 16GB RAM was advertised but only received 453 GB SSD and 15.2 RAM total space after running windows diagnostics and checking armoury crate (it shows specifications in the software).If you think of purchasing any product from their store, please beware of these kind of issues from tech stores like these.
