Bit flimsy and no good if you want something with a tight seal. Ok for the price.

Definitely not suitable as a loft hatch which are words used in the title. There's nothing to really keep the door closed other than a small tab which applies a little friction . Fine for a wall panel, but the weight of the door makes it impossible for the door to stay closed if used as a loft hatch. I am buying clips to screw into the wooden frame this will sit in which will hold it closed. I expect a lot better product for the price .

The access panel itself seemed reasonable quality but it was sent in wholly inadequate packaging, with cardboard wrapped around the panel with no protection. As a result, the panel was scratched when it arrived and had to be returned.
