Q: Can they be worn outside?

They are completely wearable outside. They can be thought of as “clear” frames and not so much blue light blocking frames.

Q: Just got the glasses but the “ Blue Light Torch “ does not work ( no light coming out ) now what??

Hi,kind reminder: 1.we present a blue light blocking test torch in the package,we have 2 different kinds torch,one need insert AAA battery,and another do not. 2.we suggest you use the professional tool to test the glasses blue light blocking function,not the internet method. I don't know if I received ones that are different, but mine are VERY glaring. On a Zoom call I can see the reflection of my whole screen on the glasses :(
