Delfin Spa Women's Heat Maximizing Neoprene Workout Capris

I rarely write reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with this product. I'm not necessarily expecting this product to help me lose weight but it has helped me when exercising to reduce the muscle and joint pain I have in my hip area. Normally after a workout, I am very stiff (even after a cool down and stretch), usually in a lot of pain when I walk and definitely pain when I go to walk from a sitting position. I found the warming effect of the capris helpful in keeping me from being in as much pain. They did make me sweat and I washed them right afterwards. There is a neoprene smell (kind a like rubber) but it didn't bother me at all to be honest. Not enough to hate them. I've read the other reviews, some say they lost a lot of weight using them or lost tons of inches off of their legs. I'll have to come back at a later date to give my review about that. I honestly am not expecting to be smaller because of these pants. That's the role of my diet to do.Also, if you are around 250 lbs., more hip heavy, the sizing does appear to be correct. I originally bought a 2x but it was way too big. I had to return and get a XL instead. Also, I did have some irritation around the high abdomen area, basically the top of the capris were rubbing against my skin. I may just wear a tank top or roll down that portion a bit to reduce the irritation. I'm really looking forward to continue buying these pants as I lose more weight. The warming (thermogenic) effect on my legs and hip area is definitely worth it!

I am extremely happy with this purchase! I have bought neoprene pants and shorts in the past and they were always too large. I ordered the xxsmall size capris and the fit was perfect (I normally wear a zero or xsmall). I am 5’ 2”, 107lbs, waist 25”, hips 33.5”, largest part of my thigh is 20”. These Capri tights fit perfectly even though they looked tiny coming out of the bag. They were a bit snug to put on the first time, but were not binding anywhere and once I was running they did not slide down. I went trail running got them muddy so they had to be washed. They didn’t shrink, but had slightly stretched; they basically become form-fitted to your body. I wore them again yesterday and the fit was absolutely perfect. The perfect sweat inducing running pants I’ve ever found. I’m so thankful that Delfin makes these extra small sizes.5/14/18, I’ve downgraded my five star to a four star. I still love these pants however, the hem has completely unraveled and they now look tacky. The stitching at the end of the leg holes doesn’t hold up. BTW - I have only hand washed and air dried these capris.

These workout capris do exactly what they say they will do - make you sweat!! Within 10 minutes I could tell - but listen to the other reviews - wear some leggings underneath! I didn't my first time and regret it, I was drenched! As for size, I am a XXL (mid-tummy bulge!) and ordered an XL, they fit perfectly snug. If I stay active with these on - I will be ordering a L soon! I read about noise...omg..who cares! My TV and treadmill covered up any noise. I also read about smell...wash them. The fabric smell does not bother me...being fat bothers me.

I purchased a 2X and used this product the day after it arrived. I went for my usual 3 mile walk and really felt no difference but did notice that my legs felt hotter than normal and that they felt very heavy after the walk. I sat down and removed my tennis shoes and sat for awhile talking to my daughter. I told her that I just spent $50 on this and thought it was a waste of money. As i sat, I saw water running down my leg but thought it was just from sweating on the leg section that was uncovered. I went to the bathroom to shower and took off the capris and to my surprise, they were soaking wet in the inside and it was then that I realized that my legs felt heavy because of the additional weight of the sweat that was soaked into the capris. Amazing fact is that the outer section did not feel wet but the inner section was soaked - it was that sweat that was running down my legs. Suffice to say that in the first 2 weeks that I wore the capris, I lost 10 lbs and enough inches on my legs and thighs to go down almost 2 sizes in my pants. I am short waisted so I had to roll down the top section of the capris to make them fit properly but they kept rolling down because my waist up is proportionately smaller than from the waist down. For that reason, I took no points off - its my body style, not the capris. On my next walk, I rolled them over so that the inner section flaps over the outside and placed 2 safety pins in the waist. A week later, I sewed them down and put a draw string from other sweat pants in the waist and now they fit perfectly. Others have mentioned the odor and the swishing sound - all of this is true but I rinsed them out in water and downy and no longer smelled the odor after that. I rinse them after each use and hang on my sun porch to drip dry - there is no shrinkage or anything. Insofar as the swishing sound, I don't care because I am seeing results and assume that if I continue at this pace, the legs wont rub and there wont be anymore swishing. Suffice to say that I love these and imagine that I will soon be purchasing an XL soon.
