Q: Will it stick to subway tile shower?

I hate to write a negative report but the piece did not hold adequately to the shower wall surface and would not hold to tile effectively.

Q: So if you move to a new house, how do you pack up then reuse this since it has an adhesive on the back rather than suction cups?

There is no adhesive. Peel it off, before reinstalling wash with warm soapy water, allow to dry, reapply.

Q: Is the company looking to fix the issue with the mirror fogging up?

probably not ,unfortunately. i wasn't too thrilled either. mine slides down the shower wall and fogs and looks like some sort of strange peeling all over it when wet . Wouldnt recommend and yeah im sure they dont have intend to make it actually useable :/
