Bought a used one
Sonos bridge arrived bubble wrapped with power cord. No instructions, no Ethernet cable. Definitely not worth the discount from new. Since I just moved and trashed all unused items and new router is not compatible with Sonos. I now need to order a RJ45 cable before I can use it.

Not a Sonos product
The unit did not work. Checked with Sonos and the serial number indicating that is not a whole original Sonos product. Therefore, the reason was not working with the other Sonos products in the house.

Incomplete Package
The product description says: "Package contents - Sonos ZoneBridge 100, power adapter, Ethernet cable, Set-up Guide, Sonos System Setup Software CD-ROM (Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista or Windows 7; Mac OS X v10.5 and v10.6)"The package arrived missing the Set-up Guide and the Software CD.
