I chose this product because it was the only acetylene tank kit with a wheeled cart and was very price competitive. However, while the importer has the appropriate DOT certifications for the tanks the DOT required approved markings have NOT been imprinted on the top of the tanks. The lack of these markings prevents any DOT licensed gas distributor in the US from filling the tanks. So, they are not legally usable as supplied by the importer. The seller refunded the amount that was charged to my credit card, but the amount shown on the invoice for shipping and handling was only $10, the lowest cost of return shipping available by FedEx (the original shipper) was $71.
