A little tight but very functional
This adapter was a little tight but not so much that it wouldn't fit. I had to modify it slightly because of a custom bracket someone made for a satellite radio in the car. This is not likely to be a problem for most people! The plastic is soft enough to be easily cut and modified if you really need to do so. It is not as sturdy as a metal bracket but it IS plastic, after all.The bracket comes in three pieces and is very easy to put together. It comes with enough screws to your radio installation nice and solid.Fits nicely in my 2004 Hyundai Sonata.

Great Dash Kit
I read the reviews prior to purchase and feared the worst. Fear not I say.Car: 2002 Hyundai Elantra sedanHead unit: Pioneer AVH x1500DVD (double din)This dash kit installed perfectly and all holes aligned on the car and stereo side. When the dash was reassembled, the dash kit looked great and trimmed the side of the stereo perfectly (no need to use the Pioneer trim plate/bezel). The stereo is secure and firm and does not have any 'wiggle' or movement I have experienced with other Metra kits. I've installed many stereos in my life and honestly, this was one of the easier ones.Note on this make/model/year: There is a bracket where the stereo goes that is held in with four screws. In order to install a double din stereo on this car, you will need to remove this bracket. The screws are Phillips head and easy to remove but it's hard to get a screwdriver in there to turn them. A right angle driver works perfectly. You will need to supply your own screws to mount the stereo to dash kit.

it works but i wish they'd make it metal
It fit my Pioneer headunit on the sides pretty well, and it's held it in there nicely for about a year. I didn't put on the front plate because it didn't seem like a perfect fit but it also didn't really seem necessary. The cheap plastic feel is kind of meh.... I was careful not to over-tighten the screws. I hope no one ever tries to steal my headunit out of my car, but if they do try, I really hope they don't try too hard and figure out it's only held in there by plastic and screws. I'd pay more for a metal version of this if it were available.

10/10
Love this radio. Sounds great, it's immediately ready to use as soon as you turn the key, graphics are great, hasn't lagged or crashed any of my apps (Pandora, spotify, YouTube, Facebook, Netflix, Browser). I didn't even run the GPS the way I should have, it's just laying in the wash and it hasn't missed a beat. Radio dims when I turn the headlights on.

2005 Hyundai Sonata
I didn't install my new radio, i had a professional do it so I can't really speak too much on this. But, it worked perfectly, my radio works perfectly, and this is for my 2005 Hyundai Sonata. So 5 stars, as advertised.

Poor Fit & Quality for '03 Tib
I purchased this to install a 7" double din touchscreen made by Pyle into my 2003 Tiburon. I was immediately disappointed in the flimsiness of the plastic and frustrated with the fact that I just couldn't get it to fit without having to purchase alternate screws and cutting into the plastic. Even then, it wouldn't be sturdy enough to secure the unit properly. I ended up removing the metal brackets from the stock unit that was in the Tiburon and after widening the screw holes a bit with a drill, I was able to attach those to the Pyle unit with the screws it came with. I then installed the Pyle just as I would if it were stock rendering this plastic adapter worthless.

Perfect
Fits in an 2006 Elantra no problem. You just have to remove the metal bar inside the car that holds the single DIN unit which can be a bit of a pain.
User
Great fit.
Fits perfectly in a 2003 Hyundia Santa Fe dash.
User
Very close to perfect.
I only used the brackets as my EONON deck would not fit with the main rectangle piece. Otherwise everything seemed durable, had to use the mini sawsall for it to fit, trimmed a bit of the brakes but it was pretty easy!

Not the greatest dash kit
Not the greatest dash kit. Manufacturer website stated it would work for a 2004 Elantra but the kit was too wide to fit into the opening in the dash. In the end I got it to work but it required some Dremel work on the kit as well as the car dash itself.
