Just got these. Using for dry skin / scalp. Too early to give a yes or no. Taking a bunch of supplements- for all sorts of. Picked this as middle of road for price , mg per dose , ship time. Hope it helps me - might need a full bottle for body to get used to! Check for yourself.

Well I don’t know if they work or not because I don’t feel any different. I don’t notice any kind of change or anything, but I’ll be helpful and keep taking them, but I’m gonna check to see if they’re any good or a good brand have with another application you gotta pay for.

Great supplement
These are awesome, dr Berg on YouTube recommended this for inflammation and general good gut health supplement. Im a trader and it keeps my sciatica at bay, I don’t even take the recommended dosage only just one a day so an absolute bargain for its effectiveness. It’s a big ish tablet but it’s really easy to swallow when drinking with a liquid.
