Pirate Boy

Our grandson loves pirates and this book.

What a cute story about a mom and her son! My three year old loves sitting in my lap and reading this one over and over again. It’s a fun little adventure story that both him and I love to read together. Great for little ones!

I think this was the cutest book. It reads like a real conversation between a mother and son. The son keeps coming up with perilous or uncomfortable situations, and Mom calmly anticipates and provides a solution. The beautiful theme is that I will always be there for you , no matter what the situation. You are never lost or abandoned, and there will always be a way to put things the way we want. Lovely sentiment, a relaxing reinforcement to put any child at ease in our anxiety driven society. I love this book!

My son is in a huge pirate stage. We got him this book for his birthday and he has requested it be read every night since. The story of the boy and his mom and how she will get through any obstacle for him is sweet. The illustrations are wonderful. This book will likely have a place on my son's bookshelf and in our hands for quite some time.

This book was a gift for my great grandson who is 4. He loved everything about it & never fails to try to read it to anyone listening!! I would buy it again if I had another great grandson to enjoy it!!

We LOVE this book! I gave it to my nephew as a gift (along with a red bandana like the boy in the book wears) and it was such a huge hit that I bought one for my own son. We read it over and over. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has a child that loves to read (even my 3 gurls love reading this book).

This is one of the more requested bedtime books in my house. Its cute, the pictures are cute and my children love it. :)

Sweet story about the adventures a mom and son have using their imaginations. Good read for kiddos who have an interest in pirates and adventures.

Great story for 2nd graders. Mistery and curiosity are all around and keeps the reading catching. Worth reading for kids!
