To The Rude Guy in Apartment Five (The Inappropriate Bachelors Book 1)

Light read with funny moments
In the beginning the story is light, bright happy kind. Magnolia and Jagger simply cannot help themselves, passion is great but past keep coming up. Around 3/4 of the story things becomes bit typical. But still ending is cute, over the moon kind.

To the rude giy in apartment five
OMG! Holy Smoke!! This book is so hot & hilarious. I read this book whilst in isolation from the Coronavirus and this truely is amazing I couldn't put it down I read this in 1 day. I would definitely recommend this and give it a 5🌟 rating!Magnolia Allen & Kingston Jagger Scott have such a twisted complicated history that when Jagger moves in next door to Magnolia that is where the fun starts. For weeks they don't meet in person they only communicate by leaving notes on each others doors each one getting funnier & flirtier than the last. At the start you can't help but think that as hot as Jagger is he is sooo arrogant. Which then comes down to just scorching hot panty melting moments! But can Magnolia put all the past and present problems behind her and forgive Jagger?I can't wait to read Jane & Tate's story as you can tell that is going to be so hot!The audio version of this story is just as hot 🔥

Loved this book
OMG, I absolutely loved this book. Jagger is the perfect book boyfriend and you fall for him before you even get to find out who he is. The notes are so funny, you will definitely be having a giggle. I have just purchased book 2 and cannot wait to read it too. I definitely recommend reading this book!

Hooked me straight away then lost me at the end
So I bought this book after reading the sample as it just immediately hooked me with how it was written, the general tone of the story and the hint of a really amazing read ahead. For most of the book it delivered a really great read with fun twists and exciting interactions between the characters. Had the story continued that way it would have been an easy 5 stars. I feel that the last quarter of this book was extremely rushed and the characters began to change to a point that I no longer believed them or recognised them from the first three quarters of the book. I also wasn't a general fan of where the storyline went at the end and it made me lose interest at that point. I do still think that the first three quarters of this book was amazing and really deserves the read!! I may try out the next book or see if there are others from this author as perhaps others have the continuity of storyline and general writing style that I look for. For the overall length of the book I am perhaps torn with the price of it but I am hoping that there are other reads from this author that will make this introductory purchase worth it!

Hilarious!
Loved the story, the characters and the banter between Magnolia and Jagger. I liked how Magnolia's circle of friends developed and they weren't already friends from the start.I found the story really interesting because we went from thinking that Magnolia and Jagger were strangers and as the story slowly unfolded we discovered that they were much more than that. My favourite part was the notes that they exchanged - OK they were quite rude but they were funny and this is fiction after all not real life.In a nutshell, it was funny, steamy, rude, twisty, and oh so romantic. If you like all of these then this book is for you.

Ok
I loved the premise of this with the witty banter back and forth with next door neighbours, however, the novel itself was just odd.I found Jagger to come off stalkerish and way too much, esp when Magnolia made it clear she didn’t appreciate it. That eased only slightly when it was clear they had known each other.I found the whole work scenario odd and almost not even needed in this book, although it provided an alternative social group. There were just underdeveloped subplots here that at times I felt that I didn’t know how we had gotten to that point. My head is still spinning over Magnolia saying she needed time and couldn’t forgive Jagger in the morning to sleeping with him and saying she loved him by that evening?!?
