Exceptional Value
I was very impressed with how easy this was to set up all those things and get running. I was also impressed with all of the options. For the price this is an exceptional value. I would definitely purchase more of these.

Homeschool mom--love this printer!
This printer has been OUTSTANDING for our homeschool printing needs. Black and white or in color, easy to use from phone or computer. Crisp, clean printing. LOVE it.

The Worst Printer I Have Ever Owned.
Normally I do not write negative product reviews but this one is a buyer alert. I bought this printer from Amazon over 2 years ago. The biggest problem was with the ADF always jamming paper. Later on the printer failed to print 24 lb paper due to paper jams. Now the printer sounds like a wood chipper due to stripped out plastic gears. I am rather livid about Epson design and performance that I may ship this piece of junk back to Epson. Do not even think about buying this printer!

Operation
Unpacked, plugged in, and it worked perfectly after it locked onto the router through the wi-fi system. Works perfectly including, most importantly to us, both two-sided and use of envelopes. Great for a small business that sends mail to clients.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD - DONT BUY THIS CRAP
UPDATE 2 - NOW THE SCANNER IS NOT WORKING EITHER. THIS THING IS A TOTAL WASTE. I AM BUYING A NEW ONE FROM BEST BUY. AT LEAST THEY WILL GIVE ME EXPERT ADVICE AND THEY STAND BEHIND THE PURCHASES. UPDATE - IF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. TOTAL POS. NOW I AM DEALING WITH PAPER JAMS EVERY OTHER DAY. I AM GOING TO HAVE TO BUY A DIFFERENT PRINTER. THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE. I had a Canon printer for years. Some minor issues but nothing like the issues with this Epson. With this POS, you can only use the Epson cartridges and I am constantly having connection issues. DONT BUY THIS THING!!!!!!!
