The Nordic Ware bundt tray turns what would be ordinary cupcakes into an event. Baking is even and the cakes pop out well with all detail in place. I also like that, thanks to the hole in the ends, the pan is easier to remove from the oven AND the pan can be hung on a pot rack! Not the easiest to clean, but does come clean with soapy water and a soft brush. I am happy with the purchase.

Bought this from a recipe link and it works great! Although Nordicware states not to use a release spray, I do use a spray avocado oil then flip upside down on a paper towel for excess to drip out before I put batter in. Perfect bundtlettes every time! Recommend!

I made a KAF Lemon Buttermilk cake using this pan to bake - the shapes are pictured. The light spots are apparently where the batter didn't touch the pan. The bundlettes are small - pan is only 3.5 cups total - most cake mixes make more than that. Remaining batter went into my mini-loaf pan. Cooking time had to be shortened - they are still a bit overdone so it's a good idea to watch carefully after about the first 20 minutes. I followed KAF's directions and sprayed with non-stick spray just before putting batter into pan but did not flour. The spray did run down to the bottom so I blotted that well with a paper towel. They came out of the pan beautifully. It was easy to wash the pan and I did use my little bundt pan brush to try to get it as clean as possible. It would be easier to pipe the batter into the pan instead of spooning. The cakelettes are very pretty.

Excellent quality and wonderful to have a pan that makes such wonderful cake shapes but only one thing make sure you use pan cooking spray and flower to keep the cakes from sticking.

I'm liking this pan right her making my little cakes better to handle.

I love this a for mini Bundt's or Muffins and nothing sticks ! I do spray all my pans very lightly, but nothing has stuck and the shapes are beautiful !

I haven’t used this yet but looking forward to doing so. I just wish there was more than 6. These will be nice with my small cookouts with my girls. I may order another one soon. Very sturdy and good quality. Happy with purchase.

De acordo, com a minha experiência: •Usei spray desmoldante nas formas; •Antes de retirar os bolinhos, deixei a forma esfriar. No meu caso: de 15 a 20 minutos.

Ich bin einfach nur begeistert, das ist meine 2. Backform von Nordic Ware und muss sagen die Formen sind ihr Geld wert. Kein ankleben in der Form, gleichmäßige Backfarbe. Das der Form beiliegende Rezept gibt einem auch einen guten Maßstab, wie viel Teig die Formen fassen können. Bei den Formen steht auch das Fassungsvermögen, aber nicht jeder kann mit Angaben wie 0,9Liter etwas anfangen. Einziges Manko, sie dürfen nicht in die Spülmaschine, ich würde raten sich eine kleine Bürste zu besorgen damit man die Form auch wirklich sauber bekommt. Das ist mit den kleinen Rillen teils gar nicht so einfach
