Decent!
In my experience: not a replacement for regular iron if you are severely deficient. However, if you just need an extra source of iron in your life, these work really well. Taste gross, but they are good for your liver. Love that they’re non GMO, soy dairy and gluten free.

Good choice for supplements.
Product was recommended by Dr. I have been using the product for 6 months. Great product, no additives, no bad oder, great source for iron. It has made a difference with my energy, which has improved and my joint health. Less pain and inflammation.

Still confused but enjoyed the effects
Having read different reviews of these specific pills from Amazon I became very scared they weren’t what they were advertised as. I cracked one open and it tasted meaty and slightly salty so definitely not rice flour, I’m no scientist so couldn’t be sure they’re beef liver. Having said all of that, they made me feel energised and focused after a week of taking them, again, this may be from reading the positive reviews and expecting such results, but I guess in the end does it matter? I’ve bought the once from ancestral health to compare though UPDATE: - just received my ancestral supplement beef liver and they definitely do not smell the same. Don’t know what’s in the codeage ones but it’s not beef liver as far as I can smell!! The photo shows how brown they should be. I’ll feed back in a month once I’ve finished the real deal

Tasteless, odorless, GOOD energy source
Where has this been all my life! I started with only one a day (recommended by a friend) and then went to 2/day. Immediately felt a difference. I’ve been extremely tired the past few months. Wanted to get bloodwork done and see what’s going on. . See if I could target anything. My sister recommend trying this first and am so glad I did. I feel steady energy all day. Recommended it to my brother who works 13 hour shifts daily - extremely tired - said he’s already feeling better. I wake up every day ready to take these. I’m hooked.

Love and definitely recommend
I ordered this product and I’ll be completely transparent when I say it’s smell awful, but the affects are amazing! I take 3 pills twice a day! I honestly just pinch my nose to swallow them. It’s beef liver if you eaten beef liver anyone can tell you it’s smell awful, so I’m not surprised that the supplements smell bad. Anyway I’m less bloated and get all my vitamins I need. someone who has a hard time with meat it’s really what I need! I honestly don’t have the stomach to eat beef liver so these definitely are the best option. I’m on my fifth day and don’t have any bad side effects at the moment. I don’t recommend taking them at night, seeing the boost of energy you do get from these pills. My mistake I had a hard time sleeping. Overall I’ll be ordering again in the future, when my bottle is done.
