Jabra Talk 25 SE Mono Bluetooth Headset – Wireless Single Ear Headset with Built-in Microphone, Media Streaming, up to 9 Hours Talk Time, Black

The gold standard for convenient little bluetooth ear pieces. Small, comfortable, reasonably good range, holds its charge well, & is fairly robust. My only quibble is that I wish I could crank the device notification (things like "battery low," not notifications sent by a connected device) volume down, but that is not a big deal.

I love so many things about this Jabra 25se. But I especially LOVE that I can hear what's going on in the room almost as well as when it's out! IOVE that others don't realize I'm talking from a Bluetooth earpiece, and I love that I can still enjoy watching video and music using it! I only use the ear insert with the small hook and NOT the over-the-ear. It stays in place very well for MY ears and sits just right so I can hear those in the room and also on the phone. I use it for my business as I am on the phone talking with people all day! I wore out my old Jabra 25 and this Jabra 25se lasts all day even being on calls so much! With my first purchase I tried several out with a friend who did not know I was testing earpieces and with ALL THE OTHERS SHE would immediately say "I can't hear you!" or "where are you?" but when I called later using my Jabra 25, she didn't notice any issues! I had to convince her that I had Bluetooth in my ear. I tried many price ranges and this Jabra 25se is the best for my usage and needs! I need to have a clear call!

I took it out of the box, charged it, turned it on, pressed the big button, and it paired instantly with both my phone and laptop. Sound quality is fine, range is as expected, and battery lasts a long time. Good product for a reasonable price. My only beef with this headset is that it always defaults to a low volume when you turn it on. It does not keep the volume setting you last used before you turned it off. So every time you turn it on, you have to turn up the volume. That is annoying. I'm not aware of any way to change that default.

I have a Motorola one 5g ace and this is the only one that works according to consumer cellular. I bought it here since it was a bit cheaper. It was easy to pair and so easy to use. Very comfortable, easy to answer, hang up. My friend says it sounds great and he’s fairly picky about these things! Worth the money for sure, good quality.

The price was reasonable for a Jabra headset, and the brand + price combination was attractive. The first problem I faced was fit. Initially, the headset stuck out from my ear at a roughly 45 degree angle, which I remedied by bending the larger ear hook until the device was closer to my ear. Then the earpiece that was on the headset didn't fit my ear at all, and the other two that were included were no better. Being a packrat at heart, I had saved earpieces from other purchases, and after about an hour's trial and error, I found one that both fit the headset speaker and (fairly well) my ear. Perhaps because the earpiece wasn't a great fit and the headset position wasn't optimized, the sound seems "distant". The volume control only helped a little, as it seemed to have relatively little range from quiet to loud. Many times, I'll switch to the phone speaker because I don't hear the caller very well. On the positive side, it does seem to remain charged all day, but I'm not a heavy user. In summary, it was fairly inexpensive, but took a fair amount of time to tailor to my anatomy, has limited volume range, but doesn't seem to lose its charge during moderate use. For heavy users, it's probably not a great choice.

I’ve owned multiple Talk 25 headsets and had no issues with the original model. I mainly used them when I delivered mail, and the audio quality was crisp and clear. The volume could be raised very high, so I had no issues hearing whoever I spoke to. The 25 SE is pretty much junk. It seems like the volume controls on the headset itself don’t work. Despite having my phone calls at max volume, I have to strain to hear people unless I’m in a very quiet environment. This makes the new headset totally worthless when I’m driving because of road noise. I don’t even like using this at my desk in a completely quiet room. It’s that much of a chore to hear the other person speak. Really feels like I wasted my money.

The Good: -Good microphone -Lightweight -Comfortable to wear all day -Good audio -Stylish -Good value The Bad: -None The Bottom Line: I use this Jabra bluetooth headset while driving and it works great. It is lightweight and I can keep in my ear all day. The sound is good and I can hear callers clearly. The microphone also works well as people say they can hear me fine except when it's really windy. Overall, I would recommend this bluetooth headset for its performance and value.

8 hours of talk time, constant talking on a single call. Lightweight and comfortable. Fast recharge time for another 8 hours use. 30 minutes warning before low battery shuts off the earpiece. The only 'con' is if the phone is on the opposite side of your body it occasionally cuts out i.e. earpiece is in your right ear and the phone in left front or back pocket. I've owned 4 of these now, use them all the time every day. I love the Jabra Talk 25 SE since it gives more talk time over the standard Jabra Talk 25. I don't care about all the special features, nor do I use them, but talk time is important and so is comfort and ease of use.

Volume quite low when compare to Sennheiser bluetooth earpiece.

i use this at work and love how i can connect to two phones at the same time so i can connect on my work cell and my personal cell at the same time so if i get a call on one phone or the other it will work for both.
