This is a good teas study guide to use. The book itself is helpful but they also have links to YouTube videos and other resources that can help. This did help me get a passing score on the teas exam. I would say you need to spend a few hours a day on the book as there is a lot of information and a few practice quizzes inside

This is very helpful to prepare. It has little lessons, quizzes, and 2 full tests. The answer keys have explinations for east answer, really a great resource.

The Mometrix TEAS 7 book is a solid resource for anyone tackling the TEAS exam. The chapters are detailed and easy to follow, making it a great tool for review. I found the practice questions very useful; however, I wish there were more practice tests available. Overall, this book has been an invaluable part of my study routine, and I would recommend it to future students!

I used this study guide while preparing for the TEAS 7 exam, and overall, it really helped me build both knowledge and confidence. It didn’t happen often, but it’s worth double checking answers when something feels off.In short, this guide kept me organized, helped me study consistently, and boosted my confidence going into the test. While it’s not perfect, it’s a great starting point and definitely worth the investment if you’re serious about doing well on the TEAS.
