I think that people are missing the point of this item. This item is exactly what it says it is. "Five of that famous screwdriver you need to work on many items mostly Nintendo products". Yes it is true that these are five "tri-wing x-50". Yes really five of them. believe it or not that's pretty much the only size triwing you'll need to work on these products. The point of a set like this is that it's "the" common one, and you will burn through them no matter what quality they are. Even the top line brands sell redundant sets like this one. Bottom line is, if you'll need this screwdriver often, then why not have 5? Cost per unit was $1.20 which was actually a good price for what i received. For 1.20 this screwdriver seems well enough made, as long as you make sure and not let it cam-out. Camming out is a flaw in the tri-wing screw design, not a flaw in this product. Yes it will strip out, but any brand or quality will fail. Do these fail too fast for the price? No. I would buy more even if these all wear out.The only thing i didn't like about them is that the handles still had some of the sharp edges from casting the plastic, they could have sanded that off, but i didn't spend more than a few seconds on each anyhow.One thing to note: The Casio Gz'one Brigade phone uses triwings, and these fit that exact screw fabulously.

I was looking for a tri-wing screwdriver to repair a Gameboy Advance SP, and I stumbled onto this listing. I was overjoyed when I saw that this included 5 screwdrivers for such a low price. Most of the reviews rated it highly, and the only bad reviews said that the screwdrivers stripped too easily. I knew this wouldn't be a problem if I just used it carefully, and I was right. After less than a week of waiting, I received the set and used it right away. I don't know if I got lucky and received a better quality set, but I repaired my Gameboy, a Gamecube controller, and a Wii Remote (it's compatible with all of those items), and it has barely stripped! My guess is that the reviewers who gave low ratings were way too aggressive with their screwdrivers, so I recommend being careful with your screwdrivers, and they should last a long time. I hope this review was helpful with your decision.

Don't mind the word "Nintendo" in the title of this product, it will work with other tri-wing screws including for Apple computers. I used these screwdrivers to remove fasteners holding down the battery inside a MacBook Pro. These bad boys got the job done.I take off one star, however, for the rather flimsy and poor workmanship on these tools. It's not entirely clear to me that the shaft is even made from metal, and the tips look as if they were stamped. I would not be surprised if the handles slipped off the screwdriver shaft after heavy use.I take off another star because, despite coming in a pack of five, all of these screwdrivers have the same size tips. Why would you need five of the same size screwdriver? Answer: with these, you can never be too sure when one will give out.Regardless of my reservations, they got the job done and will work for your Mac/MacBook, too. (And they're rock bottom cheap.)

I purchased this set because of reading the reviews of the other cheap tri-wing screwdrivers and them saying they were cheap and broke or stripped or weren't even tri-wing at all.So I decided if I get 5 then at least one will be good.Turns out they are all perfect and I've been using the same one for a few days on probably 100 screws already and it hasn't broke or started stripping at all.Now I'm not saying these are amazing quality, you get what you pay for:The plastic feels a little on the cheaper side (but not horrible)This plastic where the molding came together is a tiny bit sharp (sanding for 5 seconds fixed that)The handles are a little bit small for my liking (I have big hand, really not much of a con)Overall I recommend this product and it has been working perfectly

I'm not going to lie, I was really worried about buying this and not getting what I was expecting. Especially after reading some of the bad reviews. People saying the tips stripped when using it and etc. So when opening this package, I wasn't expecting very much honestly. I needed them to replace the batteries in my Pokemon Gen 3 games though. Long story short, I opened and closed all 3 games with one screwdriver and it wasn't stripped or anything. Actually it's in as good of condition was it was when I first opened it. Definitely not a one time only use screwdriver thank gosh. Anyways, I'm really please with it, I even gave one of the five to a friend so they could have one. Really good to have around in case I need to replace the batteries again, and yes, the games work now too. :D All in all, a very happy customer.

Well I purchased these because other reviews stated that tri-wing screw drivers were not very durable. They were right. As soon as they arrived I tried them out on my Wii that no longer reads disks for some odd reason. Well the first Screw driver just tore apart even before getting the actual screw out. However, as soon as I tried the next one it worked like a charm, but I had to turn it slowly to prevent damage. So far It has not broken apart yet. So yeah they may not be durable, but they get the job done if you take it slow.

I bought these to fix my DS Lite. All five are the same size though, so don't expect any variety. I'm actually not sure why they only sell these in packs of five.I only needed one and that one did it's job perfectly. Didn't strip any screws and it didn't chip.I guess the other four will just be back-ups and/or I can give them to friends.If you're looking for a tri-wing screwdriver I'd recommend these. The five of them cost about the same as some other sites' singles so if you lose one it isn't a big deal.It took me a while to decide where to buy one of these. Tri-wings are almost impossible to find in retail stores and a lot of the online places are sketchy and/or have poor reviews.

Si te dedicas a abrir consolas de videojuegos o aparatos electrónicos, estos desarmadores poco comunes no deben faltar en tu caja de herramientas. Está un poco engañosa la publicación pues en instancia pareciera que son 5 tamaños diferentes pero no, los 5 son iguales.

Independientemente de su calidad, que no aparentan ser muy buena. cumplen muy bien su funcion y me permitieron darle mantenimiento a mi control de mi Wii U ya que necesitaba cambiar los stick.

Muy satisfecho con este producto, cumple la función sin problema alguno, al ser una herramienta poco común y llegando en menos tiempo de lo esperado.

Te mandan cinco piezas por el precio que otra gente manda uno. Buen deal, aunque mejor que cobraran menos y solo mandaran uno.

Muy buenos desarmadores para abrir el wii pad del wii u, son 5 y me parece un muy buen precio y llegaron a la puerta de mi casa.
