The one they provide would not stop leaking, no matter how many times I tried to readjust it.The water flow is pretty slow, I incorporated a t line with a larger hose for quicker fillsOverall, this was the first water system I've installed and I had to visit home depot multiple times to replace some of the cheaper parts. Having said that, it was well worth the time and effort. Our water is way better and we all feel healthier too.

Have been using this filtration system for over a year and just changed the filters for the first time. Change out is fairly easy if you take you time. The water tastes fantastic and removes all the weird flavors you get with city water.

I did have some issues initially with my system leaking in a few places, but when contacting their customer service dept, they were very very helpful and understanding. The quality and taste of my water is so crisp and clean. I can taste the difference at restaurants. It is a good investment. I recommend it. We live in the county and the water is less than desirable. These filters take all the bad taste out of the water.

We finally have delicious clean water in our home. The system will pay for itself in under a year as its priced very low to begin with. Its great.Be aware you will need to plug this filter into a 110v outlet. Ussually there is power for your dishwasher nearby which is always near your sink so in most cases this isnt a problem but BE AWARE! Check to make sure you have an outlet thats always on (not connected to a switch).It does take up a decent amount of space BUT its made so that you can easily separate all the components and put them where ever they are out of the way. Each piece is simply connected by a tiny 1/4” tube. You can cut the tubing to any length.For example i didnt have room in my kitchen for the storage tank (just smaller than a BBQ propane tank) so i put it under my house and drilled a tiny hole to run the 1/4” tube through the floor.Its true that a “handy” husband can install this system. BUT that is best case scenario kitchen. If you have to do some custom work like i did to install it... youre looking at some problem solving and trouble shooting. Also some trips to the hardware store. I had to but more of the 1/4” ‘push to connect’ tube to make the reach under my house for the storage tank.It took me 8 full hours to do an extremely clean and custom install but it was TOTALLY WORTH IT! And TOTALLY WORTH the money.All and all its amazing and the water tastes soooooo good! Like the really good tasting bottled water.
