Nice smell. Opens up airways.

The inhaler really helps my sinuses. Some I've tried in the past either had salt but weren't strong enough, or were strong but had no salt. This one has a nice balance of salt and strong-smelling essential oils.Can't comment on how long they last or keep their potency, as I haven't had them for long.

Not gonna lie, I was tempted a time or two to leave one of those useless non-reviews of "I don't know if it works because I haven't received it."But since that was neither Amazon's nor the product's fault, I managed to resist.However, the delay did make it hard to test how well this works when it finally DID arrive.See, after reading the description and reviews, I ordered this on a Wednesday in the hopes that it might help alleviate some of my cold symptoms without relying overmuch on OTC pills of the variety that put me right to sleep or dry me out enough to make nosebleeds a common problem. (The second of which is already frequent due to allergy medicine.)And when tracking said it arrived on Thursday, I thought great! Plenty of time to try it.Except it arrived while I was out running errands, and my nephew, despite having a key to the house, decided the safest place for it was HIS CAR... before he then decided to spend the night at a friend's house. A friend who is a stranger to us, and whose address is unknown to us, because he believes that us knowing where to reasonably expect him in the event of emergency requires the same level of distrust as tracking his whereabouts every minute. (This after I specifically described the package to him as "medicine" that I was supposed to start using that day, at that.)Then he spent another night at the friend's house. Then his friend gave him a ride home so he could get his stuff, leaving his car (and by extension my package) at the friend's house. Then another night.All told, by the time I received this the "delivery" was three days late and my cold symptoms had largely been alleviated by the aforementioned cold medicine with the aforementioned side effects I had bought this expressly to AVOID. I will have to wait until another bad cold (or knowing my luck, when the snow melts and pollen starts flying again) to test it in that regard. Or until I get a bad enough migraine since peppermint in particular seems to help with that as well (though as with all things migraine, your mileage may vary).But what I could do is a smell test, and let me tell you, if the oils degraded the entire time this was in my nephew's car, either I can't tell or they were INSANELY powerful when the package originally arrived.See, my first time using this was on my lunch break, shortly after dealing with a customer who smelled quite strongly of marijuana. Having used this the one time I'm thinking I probably wouldn't normally want to inhale quite that strongly, but I do enjoy the smell of peppermint regardless, and under those circumstances the sensation of burning off my nose hairs was comparatively pleasant.

This nose neti is excellent!I lost my taste and smell completely, and it’s been a big help with the recovery of those senses!Also showed my ENT doctor and he said that is definitely something that is good to help retain your senses.Also these lost of my senses are not Covid related!

Not at all as advertised & expected!!

I don't know that it clears nasal passages but it does make them feel more clear. Lightweight and small, easily carried in pocket. With practice you can use fairly discreetly.
