2 years usage update
Update after two years. Exactly when warranty expired lock motor jammed and lock cannot be used anymore. This is very dangerous practice as door could be locked. Do not recommend at all.

Device not working!
The device not working totally , it should be replaced. I bought another one before 2 months and it’s working fine so I know how to use the device . I want to confirm this device I bought from Amazon not working !

"Motor stuck" can't get home
3rd time in two months I get the Motor Stuck option, with no lock movement. Used all spare keys, had to break the door to get home when it happened for the 3rd time.

Second buy
Nice item, this is my second Nuki lock. Version one motor died after 6 years of intensive use. Highly recommend it. The sensor was a bit tricky to get working but it’s fine now. Also num keypad works fine. It’s compatible with bridge version 1.

Comodidad y eficiencia
Tras un año de uso no puedo estar más contento. La instalación fue muy sencilla aunque tuve que cambiar el cilindro porque en el mío la llave sobresalía demasiado y había que cortarla por lo que preferí comprar el de Nuki. Desde entonces cero fallos. Me detecta siempre, unas veces instantáneamente en cuanto se abre el ascensor, otras veces tras pocos segundos. Pero nunca falla. Las pilas duran seis meses, pero las he reemplazado por 4 pilas eneloop recargables y funcionan perfectamente. Con el Apple Watch también me abre sin problemas. No echo en falta las prestaciones del modelo pro ni del 4 que me parecen superfluas para el día a día. Si encuentras este modelo de oferta no lo dudes y cómprala.

So easy to use, while maintaining existing lock mechanism.
WE added a second unit to another door, as it was quite difficut to use a key. Now it is so easy to open the door and be sure it locks behind us.

Soldi spesi bene! Messo su un portoncino vecchio con chiave al piano di sotto che parecchie volte ci dimenticavamo aperto. Ora la porta si chiude in automatico dopo 5 minuti, o per evitare spreco di pile una volta entrati si può anche chiudere/aprire manualmente.
