Perfect Smokeless Moxibustion
I love this modern, smokeless Moxibustion system. So much easier to use than traditional moxi and uses infrared heat. I was concerned about the quality of herbs in the stickers, but they are potent and healing. The device is wonderfully made and came in a beautiful presentation. The instructions on this page are easy to follow if you can’t read the leaflet with the device. It’s so simple to use. I usually have to go to an acupuncture clinic to receive this type of treatment, but this is a more affordable solution without comprising the integrity of the treatment itself. I feel like the negative reviews are unfair to the product because it’s clear there’s an unfamiliarity to moxi by the consumer. So I don’t think they can provide an informative or useful opinion within the context of what this device in TCM is. If you are looking for a high quality smokeless moxibustion system, you will love this! For me, it’s a 10 out of 10.

Good for heating but not for cupping
When I first saw this device, I thought each patch had a suction effect and could be used for cupping. But that is not the case. The 4 rechargeable patches only provide heat, so the effect is more like a hot stone massage. Also, you have to use the included adhesive stickers in order to keep the patches from falling off your skin, unless you are able to lie flat on the bed while using them. But if you want to move or walk around, then you will need to use the stickers to keep them in in place. Unfortunately you will need to buy more stickers after you use the ones that come with the device. I tried to look up the price of a 30-pack of these stickers, but they are currently unavailable. So I plan to use the 4 patches without the stickers for now. I will just remain still for each treatment. Each patch has 3 different heat settings, so you can adjust them to the level that is most comfortable for you. If you do plan to use these like you would hot stones, then you will need someone to place them on your back while you are lying face down. I have tried these a few times, but honestly I'm not sure if they are any better than just using a heat pad on my back or whatever part of my body I want to apply heat to. I also don't think this device is worth $200, but it does seem to work the way it's supposed to. I will update my review after I have used this for a longer period of time if I discover new benefits that are not obvious after using it twice so far.

Not as advertised, no suction, not cupping devices
These were advertised as electric cupping devices when I "ordered" them. As other reviewers have noted already, they aren't. There's NO suction. Cupping is like a strong vacuum suction on a small area of your skin. These do not do that. They're basically electric hot stones. The product information was changed on the page to reflect this, but I now have a product that doesn't do anything remotely similar to what I was told it would do. I had to come back to the product page and read the other reviews to make sure I wasn't losing my mind. Basically, these are just small warming discs that you apply with adhesive. For $200, this product isn't at all what I expected or what was promised.

Not worth it
The instructions are difficult to understand and it doesn't show too much of details. The little device needs to work with the patch but unfortunately I couldn't find where to purchase more patches and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this device if the patches runs out. It only came with 30 patches, and they are one time use only. I wouldn't use it without the patch because it will turn extremely hot and it might burn your skin. The package is pretty, the heating little devices feels good, but the instructions is really unclear. I don't think it's worth $200 because the device will become useless after 30 patches are used (about 7 sessions only if you used all 4 devices at the same time).

Not Cupping!
Not sure when they change the info of this but I remember requesting this one through vine coz it says it is electronic cupping device. I always wanted to try it and my last device is not exactly what I expected. This is more of a hot stone kind of massage and I am not really a fan of hot stuff. Usage wise it can be easy to use provided you have previous experience with how it should work. The instructions is a bit hard to understand and feels like you’re on your own to figure it out.Does it help? Depends on what you need and like. Like I said not a fan of hot thing on my body coz I have sensitive thin skin and this is like burning kind for me.Maybe it is for you but definitely not for me!

outstanding product for pain relief
If you have tried almost everything for muscle cramps or pain relief, this item is worth a shot. I was really skeptical at first, but I am a regular user of this product now. There are 4 of these little warmers, I will call them, that can be placed anywhere on the body that needs some warm pain relief. You don't have to use all of them either at the same time. I have used this on my back, hips, legs, and shoulders so far. The heat does penetrate down to the pain and thus gives the user some relief. I like to use this when I have time to devote to the treatment and relax. It works best this way. Terrific for a gift or just yourself.

Nice to have
From the picture, I thought these were for cupping. However, they are not. These little guys heat up like heating stones, which is really so cool!I personally prefer to use without the patches, as I feel I get better heat and pain relief. These are quite expensive, but they are nice to have.
