So far these have burned with no issues. The label area prints well and does not smear as it seems to absorb the inkjet printer ink very well.

With any other make of recordable CD I have ever used (i.e., any with a manufacturer's logo on the front), I have experienced hit-and-miss performance with the CD burner in this [admittedly ancient] early 2011 MacBook Pro. One thing I learned from a Mac rep is that slower write speeds are directly proportional to the number of write errors. But the other -- and seemingly more important thing -- is that these, since they're entirely BLANK on the front, yield absolutely flawless response: zero write errors, 100% of the time [at the 1X record speed]. Addendum, 09/07/2021: I'm just about out of these and looking to re-order. I saw there's an "ink jet printable" white version available for about seven bucks less. But when I read the reviews and saw the number of complaints about write errors, I decided I'll stick with $26.66 as opposed to $19.99.

These disks are very good. I'm trough the first 3 full spindles now and the only bad ones were from a software issue in my duplicator. They print well, if you allow them to dry for a minute before packaging them as they will smear slightly when there fresh out of the printer. All in all a good price because I'm not ordering 12,000 disks at a time like the wholesale sites want me to. Update: I'm through close to 2000 discs at this point, No burning issues at all. I get many compliments from people that have gotten cds from other sources and they had static or just cut out before the disk was finished.

Product worked fine...but I was surprised to see on the label: "1-52x speed". Others of different brand just said 52x. I used 20 of the 100 cd-r discs, all wrote ok, no duds. Here is the problem, Amozon packaging! The item was not packed in the box tight enough. It had 2 small air pods, but it could slide 3 inches! The weight of the discs on the spindle hammered the case so hard it broke the 2 of the lock pads. A half inch piece of plastic was floating inside the plastic cover with the discs! The 2 fiber washers atop the spindle, were floating on top of the top disc. The disc people did a good job of puting a bubble wrap sock over the 100 discs and taping it on the bottom. It could not survive the battering ram damage caused from Amozon's poor packaging!

I would buy these again. They are dependable. They burn in every recorder I use without loss and no one has complained about them not playing. I even burn one 82 minute master using "overburn" technology. I like the silver finish. I also use white. These are not print-to-center or hub printable. I didn't expect them to be, but it's nice when that's made very clear in the Item Description and not just the picture. I have bought cheaper brands with some success, but some fail, don't burn in every recorder, or don't play in every player. These seem to be more dependable. For the most part, I now only use Taiyo Yuden and Verbatim. Sometimes Amazon simply puts these in a box with very little packaging or padding. I've ordered these a few times, sometimes two or three spindles at a time. One shipment came with damaged cake boxes, but the discs were fine so I was okay. Another time, every cake box was broken and some discs had spilled out and were scratched. Amazon promptly replaced the order and paid all the shipping. They have great customer service as far as I'm concerned, but the replacement shipment came again poorly packaged. If they're dropped hard during shipment, these will break. The base of the spindle and the cake box protecting the spindle of discs are somewhat brittle. It's all plastic. I don't suppose I've received any shipment where they were well protected and packaged. It seemed all they wanted to do was prevent them from moving side to side in the box. None have had any protection for the top and bottom of the contents in the box. Amazon's return policy is satisfactory, but these should have better packaging for shipping.

A nice spool of CD-Rs for the budget minded. No problems with writing. I've not made any coasters to date. The inject printable surface is a nice feature, but i've never tried it so I can't comment on that. I prefer just to write in permanent marker on the back. It's got a slightly matte finish, so doing so is no problem at all and does not smudge or smear. Thanks Verbatim!

Verbatim media are the best. In the past I rarely got one bad (coaster) disk out of 100 burns. All my past CD-R's were made in Taiwan but this case of 100 was labeled from China. In general, I have had a lot of bad luck with products made in China. Their quality control leaves much to be desired and I try to avoid as much as possible all products made there. Still, I am hoping that Verbatim will exercise their standards of quality control. If I encounter problems with these disks, I will amend this review.

J'ai utilisé 30 et tout est parfait. Mon jet d'encre imprime sur eux sans problème, mais s'il vous plaît noter que le diamètre du centre de non-impression est d'environ 40mm. J'ai donc donné le produit 5 *. Cependant, l'emballage était complètement inadéquat, et la broche centrale était cassée et le plastique extérieur déchiré. Le CD en bas était inutilisable en raison de rayures excessives. L'emballage était grand par rapport à l'article, et il n'y avait pas assez d'emballage interne dans la boîte pour empêcher tout mouvement. Heureusement, les CD sont très forts.

Package had been forced open, and some bubble wrap removed, so content was damaged. Spindle & case broken completely, but ads not damaged.

Muy buena calidad del producto

Mine arrived without the spindle, shrink wrapped in plastic and packed in bubble-wrap. No breakages and I'm not too fussed about the spindle since I'm using them all in one go but I do feel that a spindle shouldn't be listed or shown in the photograph if it isn't going to be supplied. I've so far burned and printed on around a quarter of them, no complaints there at all.
