Tamek Mild Pepper Paste 540 Gr / 19.04 Oz

I really like this pepper sauce, very healthy and great flavor. I received an order that had broken in transit. I expected a big hassle, had photos of smashed jar and packaging. They never ask for the pics, just sent replacement. I love the product and the company is great!

Ive been buying the red pepper paste since I took a Turkish cooking class. It really adds to the flavor or anything you would use tomato paste for. A tablespoon or so goes a long way. I scoop out 1/2 c portions and freeze since the jar of 20 oz is a lot and was getting moldy before I used it all. I highly recommend.

I am having fun finding uses for this delicious red pepper paste, which lends itself to seasoning in different directions. The seller's customer service was also very good, since the lid had popped up on the original jar I received, but the reorder, from a different lot, was fine.

It was tasty and made a good sauce. Way more than I needed.
