This was a required textbook for my doctoral program. It was helpful for the class I was required to take. I used for reference purposes later for papers in other courses.

Written in an easy to follow format, with good up to date information. A book everyone should read to become familiar with global health care and how the USA compares. Instructor files are excellent.
