Great quality and came with spring collars and rubber pads on each end. As my first barbell after using only dumbbells I am pleased with the weight, while regular Olympic barbells are multiple times heavier and probably too heavy even without weight plates for me to start with. (I will begin with as little as 2.5 or 5 pound weights for some exercises.)

I am so glad I bought this ez curl bar. This spin, the grip and two tone look are great. As an added bonus the tensil strength is really high which means it can hold more weight then most competitors. This bar is designed for up to 330lbs whereas my CAP one which is still a very good bar can only hold up to 200lbs and cost more than this one.

Perfect feel when curling , not hard on wrists because of the way the bar is made , unlike the ones that are straight or have too deep of a curve
