Mugwort

Clean sealed dried whole leaf. Excellent aroma, quality taste. Large amount for a good price will go a long way. It’s packed in there only takes a couple pinches and I lightly break it up into little wire strainer in a small 2 cup Chinese tea pot… I usually take it with Mullein Leaf half and half… steep with near boiling or just boiled water .. about 3-4 minutes.. less at first if you’re sensitive to flavors.. can usually two 2 rounds of shorter boils

I always remembered my dreams. After a month of using it, I'm now able to preview my dreams while I'm still asleep and chose to go fully into it or drop it and wait for the next dream to start developing. So yes I'm able to dream rather quickly when going to bed. And I have at least 5-6 dreams/night. & remember them all without needing to write them down. A few days ago, I noticed that I've become conscious of the moment my body starts twitching before falling into sleep. I hypothesis that within a year, I'll be crossing into my dreams while being somewhat very conscious, if not fully. My first sip was so bitter, but my taste buds got used to it now, and now I enjoy drinking it dark. Also keep at it even it you don't see any results. It picks up where you are, in regards to your awareness and energy, and builds up from there. Don't limit yourself to lemon/or honey. I started slicing pineapples in mine and it gives it an amazing taste.

This stuff does help with sleep a little. This makes me have vivid dreams most times I use this, that I remember. Beware, because the dreams can be a little strange and sometimes have a darker undertone and then sometimes brighter. It seems to bring out the deeper part of what you’re thinking in your dreams. Also, I’ve had some visual spirit sightings from this. I don’t think this tea should be used every night. I use it for occasional sleeplessness.

I use this in my personal sauna. My sauna came with a pack of mugwort to hang inside to help with inflammation. It also added a nice herbal scent to the wood when used. I tried to drink this as a tea out of curiosity and it was horribly bitter.

Great for tea

This is dried mugwort as it should be! Nice, big, dry leaves, not just a bunch of "sifted" junk comprised of 60% stems like others I have tried. Great product, especially at this price. You won't be disappointed.

Nice but didn't realize it's very bitter
