Q: Can i use it on a ford fiesta mk7?

Does not fit the fiesta st. This one is made for focus st 2015+.

Q: Has anyone installed this and run through a car wash? How did it hold up?

I have ran it through a few times and seems to do fine.

Q: Is this easy to remove if i no longer want on the car or if i am planning on selling it? will it damage the paint at all when removed? thanks!

It is secured by 3m adhesive. It will take a little time to remove all residue if you desire to take off. No it will not damage your paint.
