Ryzen 5 5600 6-Core, 12-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler

I got mine in its original box, so I’m unsure of why some people are complaining that they got theirs in plastic bags, but one of the pins was slightly bent, so it wouldn’t go into the cpu socket. I was able to use a knife to unbend it carefully, and then it fit perfectly. This has been my CPU for the past 2 years and I’ve had NO performance issues whatsoever. Its temperatures always remain between 25-45 degrees, even under moderate to high usage, although that might partially be the result of my intake and outtake fans. The CPU is extremely stable. It always performs as expected and never has instability issues. I’ve played Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War at medium-high settings while live streaming and it handled it with ease. For the price, this was and still is extremely powerful and efficient, extremely budget-friendly. I’m glad I got this as my first CPU, and I hope it’ll do me good for many more years.

Pretty easy to install except the fan for me the back pins fell off so I had to hold it in place and screw it in lol but it works so good so far I needed the upgrade I had a Ryzen 3 1200 it was so bad

Significant and noticeable performance increase from a Ryzen 5 2600. As many reviews have explained, I don't know why Amazon shipped this out in a plastic bag as opposed to a box- the original packaging ended up damaged, but the CPU/items packaged within were OK and undamaged. I didn't use the included fan with this model, but I did use the included fan with my 2600. The fan is noisy and not the most efficient, and with this CPU, you'll want something a bit more efficient to get the most out of it. I run it with a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Vision MAX and can consistently run an overclocked 4.4Ghz at safe temperatures without problems. For those worried about the seller not being official/"Amazon," the chip IS legit. Well worth the performance for the price you pay.

Great for the price. I get about 200-400 fps on minecraft, 120-240 on fortnite, and 60-120 on call of duty. I have a lot of ram though so expect a little less than that.

As of this review I have already upgraded as planned to a 5800x3d with an aftermarket cooler and used those for a while but here is my review from memory. The 5600 and X variant DO NOT have on-board graphics if you are building with that in mind please look at the 5600g variant or a newer APU. This CPU was a massive upgrade for me in gaming and even more for productivity from a very old Intel CPU so take that with a grain of salt. In gaming this is a very powerful CPU for the vast majority of people. If you are gaming under 144hz and on a budget this is easily one of the best you can get from this generation. This is continually one of, if not the highest, value cpu's as it comes with a very beefy performance for its cost and a cooler all in one package. I had near-flawless performance when used on my 144hz 1440p monitor in most of my games. I generally reduce in-game settings to accommodate higher framerate which does often reduce CPU load as well but reducing max framerates to 120 and more-so 90 at comparable settings would be even more ideal if going for higher settings or a smoother 1% framerate experience for fast games. Productivity - I had two monitors and often I watch videos, streamers, chat with friends and browse(browsers can be quite CPU intensive at times due if not using hardware-encoding which in my case I did not due to compatibility issues with other software) All-in-all if you are building a new system, you may want to look at the newer AMD 7600 lineup as it is very similar, but if squeezing out a smaller budget with a very good sale or a used purchase, the 5600 will last you at minimum 4 years without issue.

It runs cool with the stock cooler, though an aftermarket one keeps it even quieter. An amazing value upgrade that breathes new life into the AM4 platform!

初めてのAMD環境で、娘のクリエイティブ作業用（CLIP STUDIO PAINT）としてPCを自作しました。グラフィックボードにはRTX 3060 Tiを組み合わせています。 まだ導入初期段階ですが、結論から言うと非常に快適です。 自分のメインPCが高スペック構成のため、正直ミドルクラスのPCの挙動には多少の不安がありましたが、杞憂でした。CPUとGPUの相性が非常に良く、ボトルネックを感じさせない軽快な動作です。「原神」などのゲームも非常に滑らかに動作しており、娘も満足しているようです。 個人的に嬉しかったのは、CPUクーラーが標準で付属している点です。本当はサードパーティー製の高性能クーラーも検討したのですが、今回は予算を抑えるために標準クーラーで組んでみました。結果としてコスト削減にもなり、ケチれる装備が標準で用意されているのは、自作の構成において非常にありがたいポイントでした。 あえて、Ryzen 5 5600のデメリットを挙げるなら以下の点でしょうか。 最新規格（AM5やDDR5）への非対応： AM4プラットフォームということもあり、今後のアップグレードパスが限定的です。最新を追う構成ではなく、完成されたプラットフォームでのコスパ重視という位置づけになります。 内蔵GPU非搭載： グラフィック機能がないため、グラボが必須です。トラブルシューティング時に映像出力がない点は、少しだけ注意が必要です。 総評： とは言え、この価格帯でこれだけのパフォーマンスを発揮するCPUは、依然として圧倒的な存在感があります。クーラー付属によるコストパフォーマンスの高さも含め、コスパ最強の構成を組みたいと考えている方には、現状でも自信を持っておすすめできるCPUです。

Brabaaa demais, fluindo qualquer jogo

Me ha sorprendido, vengo de un Ryzen7 1ª Gen y este le da un buen repaso, además me ha permitido activar la configuración TPM, instalar Win11 y ahora puedo jugar a títulos que con mi anterior procesador no podía. Ahora tengo un ordenador mas eficiente, con mayor rendimiento, menos consumo y temperatura, es un ordenador distinto gracias a este procesador que además tenia un precio irresistible en el momento de mi compra, aunque el ventilador no lo he instalado ya que tengo refrigeración liquida.

Built a pc for my girlfriend which she used for work. She has since left me but overall great value CPU if you're wanting to invest but aren't sure weather she will stay or leave you for a coworker who can afford the X3D or one of the newer gayer chips with e cores.
