Great Intention journal.
This is an amazing journal. It’s easy to read about great ways to improve your physical health, mental health, or general well being. However, unless you have specific intentions it is doubtful that will create or sustain real change. You need to think things through and have genuine intentions. That is what is so amazing about this beautiful journal. It has prompts that help you to journal your thoughts, barriers, and ways to implement intention. It also is written in a great 52 week format that is very doable and not overwhelming. I was given an advance copy for my honest review. I also already purchased copies myself to give as gifts.

Guided journaling…a how-to, if you will.
“Through the practice of setting intentions, you’ll discover and develop new passions and craft a life of meaning, happiness, and resilience”.What? Yes please.The subjects for each week are interesting & will certainly motivate me remain committed. It’s beautifully designed and the pages feel incredible. Each week includes a short story and quote as well as several journaling prompts, all related to the subject of the week. It allows me all week for personal reflection before I put pen to paper.With this book, Lauren is providing hope and inspiration to many, creating a ripple affect in the world.

Lauren Blanchard Zalewski has done it again!
Starting from page one, Lauren speaks straight to the reader's heart. She willingly shares her story of having a rough start to becoming a "Gratitude Addict." The format is such that it draws the reader in and encourages the reader to set their intentions for the day or the week. In addition, I love the thought-provoking prompts. This book is a game-changer. I'm grateful for Lauren and for the journal she has written. Women, men, teenagers, both male, and female, should have this book. In my opinion, everyone deserves the happiness and peacefulness of living an intentional life.

Not What I Expected
The book is fine, but not what I was expecting. I was looking for a journal to give some ways to live intentionally. This journal is more of a "what could you do if" money were not an issue, you didn't limit yourself...etc.

Clear guidance and motivation!
I just started this journal yesterday, and I can already tell it's going to set the tone for each week to be a much more fulfilling experience. I'm looking forward to being more excited about my life, and adding yet another tool to my self growth toolbelt. I'm going to be looking forward to this every week. It makes you really think, and dig deep, but it's also not overwhelming in any way that would make you say..."Ehhhh I'm not doing that this week." Here's to a new me in a year!

A wonderful guided journal.
I love the layout of the book and the focus. Having been chronically I’ll for years moving from surviving to thriving really resonates with me. Thank you Lauren for this wonderful book!!!

Live With Intention and Transform Your Life!
This 52 week intention journal is written and organized extremely well by Lauren Blanchard Zalewsky. She is an expert on gratitude and living and encouraging others to live their best purposeful lives through Atittude of Gratitude with Chronic Pain Facebook Group and her weekly live broadcast Gratefully Living the Chronic Life.In this day in age, life is so busy that many of us are left feeling like we're machines on autopilot. This journal reminds us that life is now and provides a step by step approach of weekly prompts to live intentionally and to purposefully create the life we want.I love the soft texture of the cover of this book and how great it feels in my hand and the cheerfulness of the colors and layout.Weekly prompts work much better for me in my busy life than daily prompts.I have difficulty formulating my thoughts and getting them onto paper so having a whole week to ponder and reflect on each week's topic, quote, and prompts is extremely helpful. I think about it even while doing mundane tasks.I love the fact that each week provides different prompts and has a different focus all within living intentionally. Journals that have the same daily or weekly cues make me feel as if I've waisted money on photocopies.This book is the perfect vessel for self care, living deliberately and self discovery.

This journal shares realistic accessible moments of pure masterful lessons and is a must buy!
When the package arrived last week, I was very excited. I live with chronic conditions and am a life long learner, so I was happy to purchase this Journal and see what new tools I could learn to help me live my best life. My first reaction when I pulled this beautiful book out of the packaging, was WOW! I am a very visual person, and this book knocked my socks off! The quality of the pages is so pleasing to the eye. The cover is a satin finish, and I loved how it FELT in my hands. It's a great size too- I find anything bigger would have felt a little intimating. The graphics are fantastic and the colours are so pleasing to the eye. The way author has laid out the book, makes it a treat to work on. I love that there are insights and words of wisdom from her personal experiences. There are plenty of opportunities to thoughtfully engage my own feeling about each subject. I also like that the subjects are progressive and seem to be layered in the right order of learning. Journaling is one of the many tools I use to live with and accept my chronic condition, and this is a journal I will be completing for sure. There is so much thought and devotion put into these pages, that I just want to shout out and say "Hurry up and get one!". I already see that having these words, in front of me and following through the journal, I am learning to be open and freeing myself of some habits that are not conducive to thriving in this world. I feel deeply, that if you get this book, it will make your soul reconnect with your heart through the progressive learning in "52-Week Intention Journal".

Best guided journal
This guided journal is one of the best out there. I have a few guided journals, and use them sometimes. I can see myself using this one often. The questions make you think outside the box. They are great prompts. The prompts are not the common ones. The tips are amazing too. If you are looking for a great guided journal this would be it. It can also be great as a gift for someone who likes guided journals.
