The discription is not very complete... Is this a heavey duty machine? Will it sew through vinyl and leather?

This is a commercial sewing machine and will sew through vinyl or leather. It has a nice even stitch and sews very well on whatever weight material I have tried.

Will this sew Nylon Webbing?

Yes, the machine is good for medium to heavy fabric and will do nylon webbing as well, as long as you do not sew more than 2 layers.

Does this come with a warranty?

This machine comes with a 60 day warranty from the date of purchase

Can you explain what adding a servo motor to the machine changes?

It would allow you to regulate the speed of the motor with a knob.
